Generic only or overinflated last few years sadly in my opinion!

More organized than my last visit. Friendly, helpful staff. A little bit of everything from housewares to clothing, building supplies, and more. Seasonal items available

When I go to montrose, I always stop in here to see what they might have a good deal on. Most things have been decently priced. Most of the time

Place is usually a bit messy in some departments. We had to ask about pricing on a couple of items that were not marked. However, we did find a few good bargains, so it's not all bad. There is a large variety of things to check out.

I am not a huge fan of this location stuff is thrown everywhere the furniture and other good they have at this location look as though most of it should have went in the trash. Compared to other restores this one is a disaster and disgrace. Very ran down its like a ran down thrift store.

Excellent customer service! The guys in the back of the store are always friendly and willing to help you find anything you're looking for. ?

The store is in a state of disarray. It's disorganized, unsanitary and filthy. The health department and fire district should be notified. Yesterday, I stepped in dog feces inside the store! Gross! The isles are cluttered (fire hazard) and a lot of items need to be thrown out. There doesn't seem to be any pride with presenting a clean and safe store for customers. Nor does there seem to be any appreciation for the items donated by the community. The good half of the donations are broken by the time they reach the shelf because they aren't handled properly. The store has been going downhill for sometime, but it's near rock bottom now.

I always get friendly service and good prices. I like the way they change up the display of items. It gets more organized all the time. The guys in the back for donations do a great job as well. Great place to get furniture pieces.

I enjoy their cause to help people in need, but their stuff over there is usually stained, smelly, or old. But if you look deeper you can definitely find some hidden gems.

My favorite place to shop for near new items at a reasonable price.

Today, because we are moving, we attempted to donate some furniture in good condition, and we were told they couldn't take in any more, because "there was a lot of furniture damaged from being left outside" ? and they refused to take the DRY furniture in good condition!! So it all went to the Salvation Army store. Shame on The Montrose Restore store for not bringing in the furniture before the rain!!! If you would take all the CRAP, like clothing, shoes, records, etc..etc..to Goodwill where it belongs, you would have room for the donated furniture!!!
Worst Restore store EVER!
