“I originally was a metro pcs customer had been for 4 years, when they closed their store in Montrose it made it difficult to upgrade my phone because I would have to drive to Grand Junction to do so. Was very frustrating. So I started shopping around town to find a new carrier. I found cricket . The staff was amazing and funny. I wanted the iPhone 11 and at the time they didn’t have it. They took my name and number and the minute it came called me and we had it set up and going in less then 30 minutes! I can not remember the young lady who helped me but she was awesome great service and when new customers walked in she welcomed them with a smile and told them it would be a minute but she would be right with them. I love my service I have only one brief dead spot going to Ouray. I’m glad I changed carriers !”
