I think buying a mattress is always a difficult experience. Reminds me of going car shopping! There are so many choices and so many options, that I get a sense of dread when I think about buying a new mattress.
My Feelings have changed since visiting Mattress Firm, and having such positve experience with the sales people there. They are knowledgeable and patient and helped me find a new bed with ease by listening to me and then showing me mattresses that met those parameters. I was treated very respectfully and given lots of time to test a few beds that met my specifications. I want to call out to exceptional sales people,Caden and Mike, Who exemplify high customer service, deep knowledge of their products, and pride in their work. I had a very positive experience at mattress firm in Montrose.

Cayden in GJ MF is amazing. He was responsive in our questions with quick replies, and clear communication. He is extremely knowledgeable in the differences of multiple brands, identifying our unique needs. He was efficient with our order and delivery process.
