Sadly this company is in need of a customer service rep. We have a cabin in the mountains and they have delivered us the incorrect amount of fuel twice. I have detailed notes from our phone calls and they feel that their errors are my fault. I informed them that I wanted 100 gallons and they put in 300 gallons. I called them, and they gladly came out and pumped it out. I then called months later and asked for another 100 gallons and they put in 200 gallons... It seems their staff is either too busy or they have a communication problem. I was just informed today by Dennis that they will no longer be servicing us due to past errors made, their errors. You'd think they'd be trying to win our business in these difficult times. Well, there are other fuel companies out there that will be getting my business.
