Wow!!! cought on a limb minutes before closing, and these guys came through ?. I overheard a gentleman at oreilly having car trouble. Out of state on vacation. He needed a part pressed out, and almost everything was closed. There was no way to help. I offered to take the part to a shop for him with minutes left before closing M&M got it done. I usually do my own stuff, however, if I needed a shop that I could trust. Here is where I'd go. Thank you again M&M for your courtesy.

My family and I were on a road trip and heading back home when we hit some car trouble in Montrose. Well, unfortunately for us, it was a Saturday and essentially all the mechanics in town are closed for the weekend. I am completely serious when I say that there were no mechanics open on a Saturday and the ones that were "open" were actually only open for towing services. Then, we stumbled upon Miguel's M&M Auto Service.We had a good idea of what the problem might be and called ahead to see if M&M had anybody available to at least diagnose the problem. Miguel offered to take a look under the hood for us for free, but with the stipulation of a fee if diagnostics were needed for further evaluation which was very fair. Well, he took a look and confirmed our issue. He told us the parts we need to purchase (M&M does not stock parts). The problem? He was fully booked until Monday. Miguel offered not only to get us in first thing on Monday morning, but to come in early to get us back on the road earlier.Well, this put our schedule back by two days and we really needed to get home for an important event. Miguel went another step above and beyond. He juggled his schedule around and was able to get our vehicle in about 2 hours later. He and his employee worked quickly, but also stayed late so they could ensure that the work they did was the only issue and that the repair was done correctly. We were able to get back on the road that evening. The cherry on top is that Miguel charged us a fair price for the work too. I cannot praise him enough.If you're in Montrose and you need an honest, fair mechanic, I'd recommend Miguel. Bonus, he speaks English and Spanish.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Stopped in for a visit with Henry and his team at Mohr's automotive. Great service, fair prices, trained staff, honesty and integrity would be accurate representation of this family owned business. I have known Henry and his family all of my life... they are super great people!

We are traveling in our motor home. The driver's side door glass suddenly fell into the door. I was referred to Mohrs by the local Ford dealer. We contacted Mohrs who said they could help us. We were sixty miles away and it was one o'clock on Friday. We arrived at three. These fantastic folks diagnosed the problem (broken window regulator), ordered the part, installed the new part and we were on our way in an hour. These folks are incredible. Everyone from Tom in the office, Steve the technician and Steve Mohr the owner represented the gold standard of customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend Mohrs to travelers and locals alike!
