My father-in-law is from Arkansas. He came to Montrose for his granddaughters wedding. Unfortunately, he forgot his mask and tubing for his bibap. The amazing staff at Hartman's saved the vacation and most likely his life. Daddy has severe sleep apnea and had not slept in two days. The staff was very friendly and their costumer service was top notch. If you are looking for a medical supply company, look no futher.

Older parents got their lift chairs today, about $5000 worth, delivery company wouldn't move old chairs to garage, very poor customer service! I had new fridge delivered a couple weeks ago by Sears they moved the old fridge to garage, I'm sure it weighted way more than a couple old recliners. Hartman should be ashamed!!!!!

Went in today to purchase a walker for my Mother and Ashley was extremely helpful, patient, professional, and kind throughout the entire process/experience.The store is clean and well organized with lots of space to move around. Thank you Hartman’s for making a difficult week a little bit easier. I highly recommend for all of your medical equipment needs.

My grandmother needs oxygen. Gary called me and there were some problems with previous billing with Medicare years ago, so I asked him if we could just self pay. He went on about him having to call the owners and get permission, and didn't sound like he wanted to be bothered with that. He told me I could however purchase a 1000 machine instead. I told him we don't have that it's not an option. He could tell we didn't have any other option but to self pay and instead of calling the owners he laughed and said "well I'm sorry but we are more concerned with keeping the lights on and our business going." Money is more important than life to them aparently.

They charge outrageous prices you use the products for less than an hour they refused to let you return it and give you your money back they rip people off. Staff is snotty.
