Wasted the drive out to this store twice because their website will tell you something is in stock at their store and then you get there and that item isn't there. Pretty solid tool store for never having tools beyond a saw or drill. Oh and let's not forget that top notch quality

I would give no stars if I could. This store refused to give me a refund unless I had a profile set up with them, didn't matter that the product was unopened and unused AND I had the receipt. I was well within the 90 days as well. I don't like that I HAVE to give out my private information just to make a simple return. Never shopping at this or any other harbor freight ever again.

It's a decent store, most of the staff is helpful, but with any business there are some seriously low performing employees, I guarantee whoever the lady that answers the phone, puts you on hold forever then just hangs up isn't worth minimum wage.

I stopped at Harbor Freight to buy some towing lights. They had them, I bought them and left. Service was excellent as usual. Harbor Freight is a great place to buy quality tools at a fair price. I have been shopping with Harbor Freight since 1984 when it was mail order only. Then, it was fun to browse the catalog.
Can't buy groceries there, nor can you wash your car or get a beauty treatment but if you need good common or specialized tools, this is the place to shop. Beware; bring a shopping list or you will walk out with more cool tools than you intended.

Just had my second bad experience at this store because I didn't give my phone number at checkout! I simply wanted to patronize a local business, buy a tool and go about my day in peace. However when at checkout, the same female clerk gave me attitude and got snotty with me for not giving my phone number and proceeded to treat me like I was less than the other customers for not complying. You just lost a customer of over 30 years because of this behavior!
