3451 S Rio Grande Ave Unit B1, Montrose“Always clean and people are nice when you have a problem. The only thing is that it's very popular and not a lot of pumps and space for how popular it is. If you shop at the city market you can get a card and save on gas.”
“Omgosh! Tomatoes are absolutely delicious! They are meaty, firm and quite flavorful. They are right next to the multiple on the vine ones, on an end cap.
I shop Safeway specifically because their fruit and vegetable selection is the best in Montrose.
If you love tomatoes, give them a go, great for tomato sandwiches.
The vine ripened tomatoes are sold individually, and the shape reminds me of heirloom tomatoes. I think they might be a new product at Safeway, I don’t recall seeing them before now.
I love mixed tomatoes and sweet onions. I usually chop a whole sweet onion and tomatoes, placed in a container together and they last several days in the fridge. Ready to go, and goes on almost everything!!
You might also try a dressing, Ken’s Steak House, Sweet Vidalia Onion.
Enjoy ?”
“This little store has a lot more to offer than it looks from the outside. My friend makes her own shampoo with items from this store. I just usually stop in for snacks. They make their own guacamole and pico, both are really good. I'm a bit of a regular. They probably just know me as the Red Bull guy.”

1546-1574 E Oak Grove Rd, Montrose“Wonderful fresh, fresh produce, always in perfect shape and degree of ripeness. Superbly sweet Mirai corn, grown by the proprietors, Jamie & Chuck English. The best peach jam EVER.”
“We shop here every week. You would think with the price of groceries they would have enough people to bag them!! Get some people to bag!! No baggers on Saturday mornings anymore. Corporate must be trying to pocket more money I guess!!!!”

128 S Townsend Ave, Montrose“Stopped here on our way back to lake city. We got gas and then got snacks. They had everything we wanted, though they were low on some stuff. The staff said it was just hard to come by. Location was clean and easy to get to. staff was friendly. I am always happy to see a king soopers or city market as i know in general it will have stuff i can have or want.”
“Delozier in the stores always clever witty and easy to talk to he's always extremely busy but not to the point of poor customer service thanks dollar general”
“Front end manager, I think her name was Becca, was so helpful. I messed up a return, but she went out of her way to help me out even though I was the one who made the mistake. ¡Incredible servicio de atencion al cliente!”

1301 E Main St, Montrose“Very nice gas station with the pumps working properly and competitive priced gas. They not only provided soapy water and clean squiggies but they have squiggies with extra long handles to easily reach the center of your windshield on large SUVs and trucks.”
“Pretty standard Walmart. Five stars for the employees. My Mom lost her phone in the store and I spoke with a couple of different employees who were very helpful and accommodating in resolving the situation. Thanks!”

128 S Townsend Ave, Montrose“City Market has the best produce department of any stores in 100 mile radius. Was the best, freshest produce. They also have a lot of local produce like a Olathe sweet sweet corn and Palisade peaches.”
“Best place to get your scripts filled in Montrose Colorado extremely friendly and very informative and also very fast in and out service they also take care of all your shots such as flu covid, shingles and tetanus just a all around great pharmacy experience and the staff is a 10 bar none no pharmacy in Montrose can come even close to the service you get here and yes it's at a Walmart store ?”
“I do all my shopping here for a family of 7. If you’re already buying organic whole foods and minimally processed food, they have the highest standards, good prices, and a good variety of products. The prices are comparable to Thrive Market or Azure Standard and less than corporate grocery stores comparing organic to organic options.”
