“Very helpful. They ordered the size tires and tubes I needed for my pull-behind sprayer, they came in before 9:00 am the next day, I took the old wheels over to them and they switched them out in less than 10 minutes. I am impressed and grateful.”
“Always clean and people are nice when you have a problem. The only thing is that it's very popular and not a lot of pumps and space for how popular it is. If you shop at the city market you can get a card and save on gas.”

1103 S Townsend Ave, Montrose“I will give all of the staff 2 very enthusiastic thumbs up. This is my favorite convenience store in town and will drive across town to do business here! Good prices, great staff, good selection and a clean store. The employees actually show their appreciation to every single customer who walks in the door which is always a huge plus. Their gas prices compete with any other gas station in town and are almost always one of the lowest prices in town. Kudos to all of the Stinkers staff (to those who don't know or aren't from Montrose, the store is Stinkers).”
“Lovely clean little spot! Back after 2 years. Still my favorite truck stop in the entire country. Laid back old school . Clean quiet 5 stars please never sell out!”
“every time I stop in here the staff are great. ms April is usually the one on duty at the time but customer service and courtesy is fantastic always friendly. keeps me coming back even though there are several other stores in the area the service here stands out above the rest.”
“A popular fuel stop that gives a discount as long as you have a City Market/King Soopers free membership and scan card.My only negative comment is that it is very popular and can be difficult to maneuver a larger vehicle around to pull up to a pump; especially if you have a trailer.”
“Interesting experience. Mostly due to a young lady I met. What a sweetheart. Truly baffling if she is still single! There was an A&W here though when I rolled through on my bike.
They were out of ice cream and she apologized profusely. Lucky her, I wasn't wanting a root beer float because I was roasting like a tom turkey in late November under the July sun! Plenty of others complained about it too.
AND the manager of the restaurant was giving her grief for "Disappearing" to help the gas station fix the sink and toilet! Good grief! So I took one of my bracelets off and gave it to her. The bracelet says "Keep F'n Going!" Hope she's still effin' going. Damned if I can remember her name.”

“I cheated, but it wasn't my fault.I went to my reg car wash today and it still wasn't working, nor were a few others around town...so I headed on over to Golden Gate because I knew they also had an express car wash.To my surprise it was a really great car wash!I went with the $14 Ultimate Soft Touch Car Wash and I gotta say my car was pretty darn clean!I usually prefer a "touchless" wash but with all the snow and dirt, my car would still be smeared with dirt all-around...so this is truly the way to go until spring! They offer several different packages (the least being $8), so hopefully you'll be able to find one that best fits your budget. For dirt, caked-on mud and that pesky mag chloride I highly recommend coming to Golden Gate Car Wash!Great value for the price!”
