As soon as we walked in, we were in awe. The place is so inviting and lovely. They have these dispensers of oil and vinegar around the shop and they are beautifully marked and labeled. The description of the products are clear and they even tell you which oil or vinegar pairs well with what. The man who greeted us was kind and helpful and gave us excellent explanations of everything. He encouraged us to taste what we wanted. I would come back again and again if I could! We bought the Italian herb balsamic and the garlic olive oil and they are amazing. The balsamic is sweeter and more full bodied than what you'll find in the average grocery store.
