Jimena Perez was absolutely wonderful and helped us get into an upgrade when I reserved a compact. She offered must see locations and went above and beyond for us. Enterprise is lucky to have her and it was a pleasure working with her after a long travel day.

I'll start with the good. The guy working the counter was great, very helpful, and courteous.Now for the bad. I called to see about rates for different vehicles and spoke with someone that was obviously in some far away country, very nice guy though. I told him I wanted a truck, he reserved me a truck for the next day. When I arrived at Enterprise and said I was there to pick up my truck the guy just chuckled a bit and said we rarely have trucks, but we have a Camry or a Malibu. The reservation and the car pick up sites are completely disconnected, the reservation guys will promise you anything, they have no idea what is actually available. Totally LAME. I cannot believe a company so messed up can still be in business.

I've been trying for 2 weeks to find out why I can't be rented a car because of some owed amount from 2 years ago! Customer care doesn't deem it important to call me back. I call the number given and for about the 8th time I'm told they don't have all the information to help me clear this up! I'm going through the other person's insurance who already approved the rental so I can get my car fixed! The auto body is now waiting , but I need a rental first! I've always used Enterprise but am thinking NOT anymore!

Last month while on vacation or more like playing tour guide while my family was visiting I had an issue with my car and it needed to put it in the shop. I found a rental in Denver (where I live) and continued on my vacation. As we were driving to Durango I wasn't happy with the car I was given. Yes there were limited choices at the time of rental. So I called around to find a different vehicle and spoke with a young lady at this location and told her my request such as 4WD, navigation and interior room and my frustration with trying to find a vehicle. The regional manager Carlton called me back and I'll just say you sometimes wonder how people get into a certain position but not this gentleman. He called me back numerous times when he came across a vehicle to make sure it was to my liking and even came in on his day off to make sure the vehicle was going to be ready. There are a lack of vehicles EVERYWHERE. It's frustrating but that's not their fault that's corporate and lack of availability. Customer service was top notch. Thanks again!

They NEVER have 4 wheel drive vehicles. Which is not ideal for winter driving, and this is across all Enterprise rent centers.

NOT TRUST WORTHY!! Rented a 2021 4runner. Window cracked under 6in long so i brought it in that day to be filled a week later i call to make sure the crack was filled and an associate jeff told me it was successfully filled. 2 months later i received a bill from enterprise saying i owe them $700 for a windsheild. JEFF once again told me it was filled and to throw the bill away!! The company calls me leaving voice-mails about the $700 bill now. Definitely worth going somewhere else.

The Enterprise team in Montrose is amazing! They do a great job making sure you get the car or truck you're looking for. Tough job for them to deal with both the airport and off-site location.

I just had one of the best customer service experiences of my life at Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Industrial Drive in Montrose. Beyond Management and staff always being efficient, helpful and friendly, I was this time additionally met with Management materially assisting me with mistakes made by a third party. They took care of something that wasn't even their fault, without hesitation, and in a very friendly way. This was definitely one of those "above and beyond" experiences. Thank you!!
