“The Montrose store was knowledgeable, empathetic at the appropriate time, friendly, and genuinely want to help you find the phone that best meets your needs, instead of constantly trying to push you into something that will get them a better commission. We went in frustrated, because of another provider's horrible service, but the sales rep we worked with was all those things I mentioned above, and from the moment we walked in set proper expectations at every step, and clearly explained what they were doing and why. Will drive the 30 minutes to the store for any needs or issues that may arise rather than call, chat, or buy online.”

“I love Target. I can't give it a bad review. The staff always reminds me to use my target app, the store is clean and well stocked, however I think they must get scammed alot because I feel overly questioned anytime I return something. And when I say something had a sign that it was on sale, a good chunk of the time it doesn't ring in correctly and I have to take a picture to show them and even with photo evidence they seem skeptical. I just wish sale items would be linked with the register and the staff not look at me like a thief, then it would be perfect.”

“I originally was a metro pcs customer had been for 4 years, when they closed their store in Montrose it made it difficult to upgrade my phone because I would have to drive to Grand Junction to do so. Was very frustrating. So I started shopping around town to find a new carrier. I found cricket . The staff was amazing and funny. I wanted the iPhone 11 and at the time they didn’t have it. They took my name and number and the minute it came called me and we had it set up and going in less then 30 minutes! I can not remember the young lady who helped me but she was awesome great service and when new customers walked in she welcomed them with a smile and told them it would be a minute but she would be right with them. I love my service I have only one brief dead spot going to Ouray. I’m glad I changed carriers !”
