THEY WILL MAKE YOU FEEL VALUED, A PRIORITY, AND GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR CUSTOMER CARE.I purchased a lemon 3 months ago from Carville Auto’s Mart. The transmission went out, and left me and my 4 kids stranded in the middle of Colorado and New Mexico, with no cell coverage or emergency services.I am stuck working with a crooked ACC extended warranty, and using my personal insurance to tow me back to Olathe, because their towing services wouldn’t get me anywhere passed $100 credit.Double Bar LJ Inc. took us in as a priority, and are even working with the ACC warranty company, wanting to get our family vehicle back to us which we’ve been without out for some time due to the warranty company dragging feet.Double Bar LJ has been working diligently on our behalf, working with our warranty company, building up an estimate to try to get us taken care of because ACC refuses to pay a real local mechanic’s rate and fee(s).Double Bar had made me feel like a priority as a single mom to 4, and their care and consideration has been a blessing. My gratitude is beyond words. I’ve been so depressed and emotionally distressed with this 2018 suburban that they are helping the best they can go elevate some of that distress.

I dropped my truck off and instead of only fixing what I asked them to Brian took the time to call me and ask about fixing other parts that were worn out.
