Too many dogs. Not comfortable hanging out to shop. Customer service was and always is ? fabulous. Why do dog owners assume EVERYONE is comfortable around strange dogs?

We always make a point to stop here on our annual trip to Durango because of the excellent service and the variety of supplies at this pet store! Nice job Chow Down!!!

The people here are fantastic and they have tons of supplies for dogs, cats, and even some wild bird food. They also have dog bath stations and a cat patio.
