They recognize and greet you by name when you come in....they work to answer any questions that you have and sincerely try to make things right if there is any kind of concern, and above all they do this while being absolutely professional. They have all of the modern conveniences but still do business the way banks used to.....remember???? Back when you were a person and not just a revenue stream?? Five stars for sure!”
“I got a commercial loan from Bank of Colorado last year and they've been the best bank I may have ever worked with! They do what they tell you they are going to do and they're very responsive. The biggest surprise was that when I paid the loan off I got the escrow refund in my account the same day! Ryan and Samantha both did right by me.”
“Home Loan State Bank has been our only bank since we moved to CO. We love the ladies there, they are so helpful and friendly. Quickly learn your name and are genuinely interested in your life. The staff change has been hard on everyone but that is no reason to get upset, we all learn as we go. “CASEY McHARGUE at the Montrose Wells Fargo Bank is simply AWESOME! My husband and I just finished a loan process (with another bank out of state) to build a new home in Idaho. We needed a notary to sign and stamp a zillion pages of the closing documents after we signed them, and CASEY was happy to help us…at no charge! He has such an enthusiastic, helpful and kind attitude. Thank goodness for CASEY’S help! And the rest of the Wells Fargo staff there is also wonderful and always eager to be of assistance.
