Very sad day at this location I received horrible customer service while trying to set up online banking account. The teller had very rude way of speaking to me. Go to the other location not this one.

Absolutely the WORST bank I've ever banked with and I've had a relationship with many. Always had issues with this bank since day 1. This time I got a overdraft fee after I've already deposited money into the account and the teller says they cannot waive overdraft fees. (Tons of banks have a policy that lets you waive 1 overdraft fee per year but NOT this bank!) Closing my account soon and gonna try out Wells Fargo next.

I love the tellers at this bank. They are always courteous and gracious even when I make a mistake on a deposit.

This bank had a teller that didn't like me and lied about the amount I had in my account. Over a $100 in fees later the bank took 0 accountability.
