Worst U-Haul experience of my life. We went through some real strife just to get the wrong truck at the end. Truck had tons of problems and was filthy. Was charged for not cleaning it when I returned it in better shape than I found it. The mechanics here we're trying to do something shady with someone else's truck. Had Chevy keys in the lock box instead of a U-Haul key. Spend hours on the phone trying to get the situation rectified. Ultimately corporate was able to help me. They apologize profusely and acknowledge that they have had numerous complaints in many many issues with this location. The location try to charge my card over and over. I had to actually go so far as disputing with my bank. When we took the issue inside to the dealer he basically smiled and laughed in our faces and acted like the whole thing was hilarious and straight up told us that we could have rented from someone else and should. They don't even care if they get business in the business they get they treat their customers terribly and find the whole thing hilarious. This place should have been out of business years ago. No one cares whatsoever at this place.

Extremely rude and shady place. Would definitely not take your vehicles here. Their name implies a discount, but they are the exact same or more than everybody else.I cant even begin to tell you just how rude these people are. Would NEVER take any of my vehicles to them for any reason at all, nor any of my friends or family and very, VERY highly not recommended!

Small local mechanic shop. Super busy, so you may have to wait a couple weeks to get seen. Super professional. Got a full inspection done, they came back with a list of things they found (it was pretty much everything I thought I needed done anyways). Once I gave the ok, completed the work within a day. Paul was awesome! Will be back in the future!

Great service!! The reason for 4 stars is because the first windshield was broke so we had to wait an extra week. But wasn't Monte's fault.
