“Had my 1968 Mustang towed to Steve's, wouldn't start , old gas and bad fuel pump. Steve had it fixed in a couple of hours with a new fuel pump and tuned the carburetor. “I must say that I experienced some of the absolute best customer service I have experienced in a very long time.I called just 20 minutes prior to closing to inquire about a flat tire repair to which they accommodated. After arrival, I was given bad news in that my wheel was cracked and my flat couldn't be repaired. I had an extra set at home and was told that he would stay open long enough for me to run home, grab my new wheel, return with it and he would repair my tire, putting the new one back on my car...SO THAT I WOULD BE SAFE!!!! WOW! WHAT A GESTURE!!!! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH FOR CARING!!! YOU ARE AWESOME DISCOUNT TIRE!!! I will be passing on the word as I am doing here today. They stayed open an extra hour to keep me safe!”
“I was hauling three horses when I had a blow out on one of the trailer tires. Fortunately, I was close to Pomp's and they were able to get me in quickly, change it out of another tire, all with the horses still on board. They were very helpful and affordable. I would recommend them highly!”

“Stopped at Les Schwab while passing through on I-25. I thought I was having tire issues. The first place I stopped said they couldn't look at it for several days (again I was passing through) and when I called Les Schwab they told me to come on. They were so friendly and gave my vehicle a good look over. The facility was so clean. I ended up not doing any business with them that day, but when I have tire issues or need new tires I can tell you where I'll go.”
“The last time I was in, I went in with a slow leak in a tire, slow like going flat once a month. Made me crazy. They found the tiny almost miniscule piece of metal making it happen. But also when I walk in there, I feel well attended to - greeted well, comfortable clean waiting room with nice light, confident when they're listening to the problem and in how they report the results to me. It's just a cut above going into 'a tire store.'”
