Leaving Lighthouse after being here since 2020. Nice facility, always secure, however not a very friendly exit policy. I called on 8/30 to give notice for an Oct 1 exit. I was able to clean-out the unit by EOD on 9/2 (took a picture). Called today (9/6), to let them know that I was done and asked for a prorated rate covering 9/1-9/6 vs. having to pay for the whole month. The response was a no based on the contract, with no flexibility for being a long-term customer (with 3 spaces), or having been through multiple missed automatic credit card charges, construction, mud, etc. Anyway, do your research and make sure you consider the other 10 options within 10 miles, as there are facilities with the same level of security, cleanliness, availability, and more friendly customer exit policies. Signing off as a permanently lost customer, who will not provide a good referral, based on my customer experience today.

I've parked a fully enclosed trailer at the Lighthouse for over 2 years. As anticipated, my stuff has been secure. I've never seen any questionable people there, nor seen/heard of any crime. This is a secure location.

Evansville, In lighthouse Storage on Green River Road,moved back from Denver CO on Saturday and needed semi truck assess and you were only company that had the space and saved me from having to pay for movers to transfers load to smaller truck to get through storage gate, and have to pay additional fee to do so, thank you very much

Because our house sold quickly, we needed a place to store our furniture & everything over the summer & fall while we searched for a new place out of state. The folks at Lighthouse Storage are friendly and professional. Easy to get a hold of too. The storage units we rented were clean and secure. They are located conveniently close to I-25, close to Loveland, Berthoud and Longmont. We highly recommend Lighthouse!
