“After covid all the public restrooms are closed especially during the night. it sucks..but I came here and asked if I could use the restroom, the cool dude I believe he said his name was either Royal or Roy L. But he's pretty down to earth kind of guy.said "yea they are in the back..over there" and pointed I normally get an eye roll or hesitation or sometimes just plained denied. He made me feel welcome like I wasn't a bother at all he definitely made me want to come back and simply made me happy with just a few words. “Not sure why people rag on this place. The owners and clerks are helpful and friendly. The store seems amazingly clean for as busy as it is. For the most part they are very well stocked and if I can't find something they direct me to where it might be or go see if they have it in the back. I wish all convenience stores were this friendly. I am a regular and they do recognize me but that's also why I shop there.”

“I don't understand the bad reviews. This place is always open, they always seem to have a competent staff member. I can always count on them for an early morning coffee before anywhere else is open. I'd imagine it's a tough gas station to run because it's always so busy. I would recommend this gas station to anybody looking for late night snacks or a place that's open.”

“-15 degrees outside and my wife and I were in need of a couple drinks to go. We had just been shooed away from the Conoco directly across the street for being in the parking lot for 2 minutes. On many occasions the clerk at 7-11 has been kind and respectful. We much prefer the customer service and simple shopping experience at this location. To the clerk and other employees that work at this location. Thank you for being reasonable and kind human beings as opposed to your neighbors across the street at Conoco.”

“I was in on Monday. NEEKO, helped me upgrade, picked phone cases and accessories for me. He was thorough in explaining prices. He went to bat for me and called customer support from his own phone to get an ongoing internal Verizon error corrected. He was patient. Applied screen protectors. They look great!You all need more Neeko’s! He’s the reason I’ll be back to this location. His customer service restored any doubts I previously had.Give him a raise!Thank you!”
