“The friendliest staff ever! Set up my PO Box today and the two people I dealt with were so nice and professional! I did not have all I needed when I came in at first, and the lady was SO nice and highlighted all the boxes for me on the form and explained all. When I returned, I was served by a nice gentlemen, prior military, and we exchanged pleasantries about the military, Salute on the way out! Thank you for your awesome customer service and more!”

“Great location in the heart of
Old Town Fort Collins, Colorado. Plenty of parking and always a friendly staff which for some odd reason has always been a knock on postal workers. There’s not usually a wait but every once in a while just like every other business out there, they get busy.”

“I am surprised by the low ratings and bad experience some folks have had. All the postal clerks there have friendly and helpful. The building is a bit long in the tooth but Ken and others are welcoming. Lines can be long though.”

“Amanda was amazing in helping me today with an order. I had a late delivery from UPS who was suppose to get this to me yesterday but due to some hiccups, it ended up in the hands of USPS. As I was on a tight turnaround (as I was leaving the country), Amanda patiently helped me track down the piece of mail.I want to say how grateful I am to Amanda for all her help. Thank you.”

“Very helpful and on top of things! I have always had a good experience here, but after this week it’s been amazing. I thought my package was lost. I put in a missing mail search. Immediately I got confirmation that it wasn’t lost and just taking a bit extra time. I got calls on updates from this post office that the package was moving through the system and was not lost!”

“The staff I have met at the post office have been beyond nice to me, the tiny old school vibe is adorable, but there are some kinks in the chain. I moved here and 3 weeks of mail was just lost, gone and was never found some was important most not important. It could have been on the other end the postmaster tried very hard to help me track it down, but no luck, she was great, real down to earth wanna help me type and I really liked that. It's like cheers, go in to pick up my packages and everyone knows my name askes how I am, very cool tiny town vibe.”
