“This Postal Annex has always been so efficient and customer friendly. Tracy has been the manager there for as long as I have been going. Once they learn your name, you are greeted by name when you walk in the store, on your future visits. That has always amazed me. With all the mailing I have done over the years, there has never been a problem. The store is always clean and well stocked.”

One of the employees there, Amber, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond assisting in getting me my package back. “I did an amazon return here and the person working, named Sam, was very helpful. Despite the return on Amazon stating that the item didn't need to be boxed when I got to the store it was necessary for it to be packaged, I was annoyed at Amazon about that but Sam helped sell me a box and he packaged it up for me so I could get on my way. I appreciated his customer service mindset. Thank you Sam.”
“I came in the other day tired and confused about an international return I was doing. I’d printed out all the papers from the merchant but had no idea what to do with them, they just took care of the whole process, making sure I had enough copies of everything and the tracking number. The person helping me was kind, informative, and I’m glad I went there to get my package sent!”
