She was quick to help and made the whole trip about as painless as it could have been, right down to making sure I knew where to go to track my passport renewal and what steps to take to make sure I have backup records of my new and old books. By far one of the best (if not THE best) experiences I've ever had at a post office in this state.”

I had a package that was lost by Florissant Post Office and it was from England and Ryan found it and had it shipped to his post office and we were so grateful that he was able to find it and get it back on track for us here at Cascade. They are very caring and went the extra step to get our mail back for us. Thank you very much.”

Ramon was friendly and extremely helpful, answering all my questions and providing the exceptional service we are accustomed to here. 5 Thumbs Up! Again!!April 2023 We have been a USPS customer at the "West End" Post Office for at least 10 years now. We have always received prompt, couteous, and professional assistance from the staff. Probably been this way since the Post Office was built here back in 1962! Wow, that's 61 years of superb 5 Thumbs Up service!! West Side is the Best Side.”

“All these bad reviews, I don't get it. I've been coming here for many years and no issues. We have done passports here too, no trouble at all. No experience with the post boxes. The lines are long and slow, but I'm paying attention and it always seems to me it's the customers who are coming in rude and difficult. I love my mail person of 11 years, he's so great! No issues with mail coming in or out. Just had to post this more positive review because I want the employees to know that some of us see you, some of us get it.”
