“First and foremost, this isn't my first time using this company for custom work on my vehicle, but I just forgot how great they are. I recently bought a 2019 Tundra and to put it best, the audio wasn't no where near up to standard. I priced around at some of the local big brand stores like "Roll-By Auto Sound" and "Truck Non-Toys"( if u are in the area you know who I mean) and their prices were outrageous. I decided to go back to Mi Gente and I spoke to J5. He was able to get everything I needed ordered and installed at a fraction of the price the other dealers charged. And I will add, the work and attention to detail us unmatched. I have had several audio systems in my vehicles dating back to when I was young in the game at 17/18 years old. This set up is by far if not the best sounding system I have ever had. Great work fellas, and I'm looking forward to sending more customers your way.”
“Wow. This might be the best retail experience I’ve ever had. The owner James goes above and beyond to advise you, and help you pick out a suit, while giving you tons of helpful advice and style tips along the way. He’s incredibly knowledge about all things sartorial, and in general is incredibly kind and patient. The prices are ridiculous. I got a $400 pair of corduroys, made in Italy; for $10!!! Amazing. Will definitely be going back”

I have to say, their suits are good quality and the people that worked there were very friendly and encouraging, even though I know nothing about fashion or suits. Luke was very personable and clearly know fashion. I felt so welcome and not pushed into making a purchase that day that I wanted to write a positive review right away.So, though it might be a bit higher-end than I am looking for, I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a higher-end suit!”
“Great shop with awesome customer service. The owners are the best, if the don't have your size and it's still available from the manufacturer they'll get you one at no extra charge!! You can't get that kind of service anywhere else that I'm aware of.The collection of vintage items and clothing changes frequently as well as the new items.Only place in town to get new Pendleton. I'm told they only sell new items from ethical, organic and or sustainable sources and combinations of those things.I always find something new and great when I shop here, for me. They have ladies clothing too, just all the things.Shop here you're going to like it!”

“Popped in on an unexpected day off to have a jacket altered. It's for a destination wedding, and I was asked to buy it from the groom's local retailer. Brandon, I hope I have that correct, treated me like I walked in dressed as an investment banker regular instead of a T-shirt and jeans clad kid with an off brand jacket in hand. Immediately and cheerfully helped me out with the alteration specifics, and then helped me find two extremely nice shirts that fitted perfectly per his recommendation. I always get good service from Jos. A. Bank no matter which store I happen to be in, but he went above and beyond to make it the hands down best customer service I've ever had. Thank you sir!”

“I sat in the parking lot listening to Mr. Ballen's podcast in my car while my wife went inside to return items she bought from Amazon. The parking atmosphere was perfect for a quick podcast listening session. The episode synapses: On May 13, 2015, a police officer in Michigan named Gary Wilson rushed to the scene of a double suicide. When he got there, he went inside the dark house and made his way to the bedroom where the two bodies were located. Wilson took a look at one of the bodies and then turned to check on the other, and when he did, he immediately noticed something. Something so surprising the officer nearly fainted from shock. However, this crazy discovery was only one small aspect of one of the most bizarre cases this officer would ever investigate.”

“The Grille at the Broadmoor has a fantastic view of the golf course. Definitely request a window table or if weather permits, choose the patio. Both have great views. Service at The Grille was very good. Our server, Savannah, seemed new, but she was honest and caring. The manager came by a couple of times to make sure our evening was going well. I made a point to find him on the way out to let him know how good the service had been. We started with cocktails and an appetizer. I had a Tito's Arnold Palmer, but honestly too weak. The Tartare of Beef was exceptional and plenty for the two of us. I had ordered a Ceasar salad, which was huge! It was one of the best Ceasar salads I have ever had and shared it with my wife. She was of the same opinion on its flavor. Our entree selection were the two specials: the beef tower - a layer of mashed potatoes, a layer of thin bread, a layer of 6 oz filet mignon, and topped with Foie Gras. This was heaven for my wife who is a huge Foie Gras fan. The only disappointment was that the Foie Gras was cold and not seared. It would have been so much better seared. I had the pasta special which was wide noodles in braised beef. It was very nice, but the portion was too large for me. Neither of us could finish our entree. We planned to pass on dessert until they said their pie of the day was coconut cream. That cannot be passed up and unfortunately, it was delicious! This was a "don't miss" in Colorado Springs.”

“As a man who has never bought a suit I was initially very nervous walking in Men’s Warehouse. As soon as I walked through the door Angel and Renate introduced themselves and immediately put me at ease. Angel explained every step and walked me through the entire process explaining in detail what was needed and how to acquire exactly what I was looking for, she measured me and pulled the items and stayed by my side throughout the entire process. I could not be happier. I will be returning very soon but only while Angel and Renate are on shift.”

“My four kids and I went shopping at this Dillard's in Chapel Hills Mall. I am a newly single father and was granted 50/50 custody. The judge ordered that I have clothes for the kids at my apartment so they do not have to take a suitcase back and forth. We went to the children's section and we were immediately greeted by Carole. I told her we were looking for church clothes for the kids and I preferred clothes on clearance. Carole took extra special care of us helping us pick out clothes for the kids. They each walked away with a few new outfits that were all on clearance. My daughter said she felt like royalty with the way we were taken care of and treated like we were special. My son even complimented the customer service as "something you o it ever see on TV". I shared with Carole our situation, and she was so kind and loving towards my children and me! I am absolutely grateful to Carole for going above and beyond and making the shopping experience so enjoyable for all of us - even this dad who was nervous about buying new wardrobes for four kids. Major kudos to her!”
“Today I needed to go to this store to return an online item. The woman in front of me in line was treating the cashier employee, Jenny, with such a nasty attitude as she was not prepared with any of her online return paperwork for Jenny to process. Jenny did everything she could to ensure the return could process with the lack of information provided. This naturally had to take time and she was doing this with such patience and politeness. In the end she was successful in the returns and needed a manager approval (this is normal in retail) and the customer had the nerve to say in a hostile way that she spends a lot of money and doesn’t understand why it had to be this hard… continued to berate Jenny. Jenny was professional and remained in her calm demeanor. Once it came to my return, Jenny processed mine smooth and fast. Thank you Jenny! And this store is well kept and the managers are kind as well.”
