Amazing place with amazing staff and a chance to meet and mingle with the cats in a comfortable environment. It was clear that the cats are very well taken care of and loved on here. We could not be happier with our kittens and our adoption experience. 5 stars all the way!

We had such a wonderful experience with Happy Cats Haven. They are incredibly friendly, helpful, and clearly love their felines.
We first met one of our cats, Espresso, at the Biscuit Cafe, and then met his sister, Latte, at Happy Cats Haven. We were delighted to bring these litter mates into our home.

They have a holistic & intelligent approach that should be standardized across cat adoption facilities. Their setup is just superior.
Tora wasn't waiting to be adopted, she benefited growing up there like a child at school.

We had a really great adoption experience with our little kittens. They were healthy, well cared for, had already been spayed and chipped. Staff was super accommodating about letting us spend hands-on time to get to know them. Luna and Salem are now about 9 months old and are fitting in so well with our household. We appreciated getting a follow up three-month contact from HCH to ensure all was going well and suggest resources for clicker training.

Very kind and knowledgable staff! Our girly Diamond is an absolute sweetheart who follows me everywhere and loves to snuggle. The most affectionate kitty I’ve ever had. We couldn’t be happier with her!

I drove to this place three times and it was closed. I went yesterday (Friday 7/5) at 11:30am the “cafe” was open but the girl said the place to see the cats opens at noon. We waited at the pancake place next door and came back at 12:15 and the cafe was closed and the entire place was closed! I give up! This is so unfair! they have a website with the business hours, we drive there (it’s a 40min drive) and they actually open when they feel like, very disrespectful with our time. I won’t drive there again!

I contacted Happy Cats last Thurs. with an urgent situtation. Immediately received a reply acknowledging my urgent situation. Was told it could take a couple of days to get help. It is now Monday and I have contacted them twice reminding them my situation was urgent. I have not received any response. If you need help, especially if it is urgent, I do not recommend.

We adopted our two 6 month old kittens here a couple weeks ago. They emailed over all their records same day as adoption.
Adoption process was very simple, we found the kitties we wanted to meet online and put in a free application for them via their website. We showed up about 4pm as a walk in to meet them. The kittens were well tempered and got along with their other roommates. They came out and got pets. They looked over our application for them immediately and after a couple questions we were approved.
We got to meet a few staff members and both of the owners. The owners were lovely. I forget the wife's name of the duo, but Fergie (the husband) was up front running a little coffee cafe and will tell you all about the history of this place. They were both very nice.
The wife gave us some great vet recommendations and we left with both kitties, 2 bags of their food and 2 bags of their litter.
2 weeks later these cats have perfectly assimilated into the house and are darn near running it, even with our other 2 cats.
They helped us complete our family

I seriously cannot say enough nice things about Happy Cats Haven! They helped us get seven feral cats off the streets including two pregnant mamas. Myself and a friend are fostering the pregnant cats and they have been so insanely supportive with food, supplies, advice. They offered to come anytime day or night if there were issues with the birthing process. They have been absolutely amazing! I am so grateful to them and their mission to get all cats off the street.

All the cats I've met so far have been very well tempered. Records are kept on all of them with vaccination history and what is known of their personal history. It's a great place to interact if you're thinking of adopting.
