The guy working the night we checked in was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Every amenity we could expect was provided and more, such as a refrigerator, microwave, and even a couch and coffee table in our King room. The cool white lighting used in the rooms is too harsh, feeling more like an office. For restful areas, warm lighting should be used. I'm not sure if we ended up next to a particularly noisy neighbor or if the walls are thin, but we ended up hearing our neighbor's TV the entire time.Aside from the noise it was a fairly good stay, I'd just recommend that they make the aforementioned change with the lighting.

The room was very basic. The bed was HORRIBLE!! It moved all over the place any time you sat on it. There was a spot of blood on the main blanket, the heater was extremely noisy. There were bums living in there cars in the parking lot!! I think people live there & sound like they are moving furniture around at night! Probably people on drugs! The management was rude as well when returning keys! If you want to get a good night's rest DO NOT STAY HERE!!! TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT YOU GET!!! Total waste of money!! I highly recommend staying somewhere in Colorado Springs instead

Loved that they have pet friendly rooms so I could bring my pomeranian. Also, I liked the no carpet since carpeted hotel rooms give me an ick. The location is awesome, and all the staff I had the pleasure of meeting were super helpful and friendly. If these were all I cared about, this would have been a 5-star stay. However, I enjoy streaming at night, and I couldn't. Couldn't get cable TV either. We messed with the television for 2 hours and couldn't get a wifi connection. The connection they gave us wouldn't pull up, and when I called down, he told me to use the Econo Lodges network, but their wifi was fine. Well, the quality inn network wasn't fine, and we did try to use the econo lodges connection, but to no avail. We left for dinner and came back, and I mirrored my phone off my own data. Then, I proceeded to sleep in the world's most uncomfortable bed ever. Since a good night sleep and wifi are the most important to me, followed by pet friendly, I have to say this is far from a 5 star stay. I will look for different accommodations the next time I'm in Manitou. However, if they fixed the wifi and upgraded the mattresses, I would definitley be back.Rooms: Cold, uncomfortable mattress, large, spacious.Nearby activities: In Manitou with an excellent diner across the street.Safety: Totally felt very safe here.

We left after the first night. Would have been sooner had we not arrived after hours.Rooms were torn apart and kind of put together again. Poorly. Ac unit made grinding noises, the bed wasn't even solid on the floor, the door gap on the bottom was so bad I could put my fingers under the door (massive cold draft)

The rooms are actually pretty nice and have dinette in them and new showers and a toilet room. Pretty sweet set up, but the random people knocking on your doors get a little

What a hidden gem. Don’t judge a book by its cover. Front desk was very kind and helpful. Rooms look brand new !! I would stay here no problem again. Wonderful Chinese restaurant across the street sooo good. Traveling with 2 dogs, the rooms are big for a dog bed or crate.Rooms: Really nice rooms no carpet for animals is nice. Doesn’t smell like pets.Walkability: I walked with my dogs. It’s ok a busy road.

Huge room, clean, updated recently. Laundry room looks a little sketchy but we needed to do an emergency load and it worked great! Breakfast was excellent and the fitness center was efficient too! Staff were very friendly and the location was excellent! Park right outside your room! We will definitely stay again and choose quality inn againNearby activities: Restaraunts, dispensaries and nightlife within walking distance and Garden of the Gods is 2 minutes away.Walkability: You can walk to a lot of cool things to doFood & drinks: Eggs, waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, biscuits and gravy, etc. super impressed with breakfast

This was a "low Quality Inn." The first night we stayed in a room and the neighboring room had people in it who talked until 4 in the morning. Walls must be very thin with no sound proofing. This room had no towel racks, not even for the hand towel and no fan in the bathroom. We were given a second room without any hassel, that was nice. The second room was in some what better shape. There was at least a hand towel rack but no hooks by the shower for bath towels. There was orange mold growing in the shower stall. Breakfast was marginal at best. Cold gravy for the biscuits on the second morning and no serving spoon for the gravy. Juice dispenser was out of order. Hot water and coffee pots were not labeled.Rooms: See review above. Rooms could have been better. There were kitchenettes is each room we stayed in but we did not use them.Nearby activities: Several fun activities to so in the area.Walkability: Walk to the free shuttle to the Pike's Peak Cog Railway was good for those who are willing to walk a couple miles.Food & drinks: A lot of resturants within a couple miles. Breakfast was marginal.

Look, the guy who checked me in was super nice. The lady at check argued with saying I wasn't a loyalty member. Ever after I showed her I was. Power next to the bed didn't work. The coffee maker didn't work. The room was cold and uninviting. Many places the walls hadn't been finished painting. The power run across the roof under tape in the bathroom was concerning. The WIFI was terrible to say the least. Working the TV could use instructions and don't plan on streaming. Overall, a terrible experience. How this place had over 4 stars I will never know.

Best room I've been in quite a while. Really nice. I would have given 5 stars but the room floor had not been mopped in a while. Told the manager and he got right on it. Employees were super super nice. Great breakfast.Rooms: Great room.Nearby activities: Lots to see and do close by.
