Felt like it was an imposition for the counter person to serve us. She was not dressed professionally!! Wine was good but service was awful. They were putting chairs up rushing us to leave at 5:55

My husband and I had the most intimate and unforgettable wedding event at Manitou Winery on October 12th, and we cannot express enough gratitude for Angela and her incredible husband. Planning an out-of-town wedding can be stressful, but they made the entire experience beyond perfect for us and our family. The warm atmosphere, the beautiful vibes, and the meaningful conversations truly made our day special.
Their wine is nothing short of amazing—from the crisp Chardonnay to the rich Sangiovese and so much more. Each sip was a reflection of their passion and craft. And a special highlight? Their personalized wine labels! These custom touches made our celebration feel even more unique and personal. We encourage anyone visiting to ask about this beautiful option—it’s such a thoughtful and special way to commemorate an event.
Angela and her husband are absolute gems, and we feel so fortunate to have found them. We are already looking forward to coming back to celebrate our anniversary with you all. Thank you for everything!

The female employer of this establishment really doesn't seem bothered by the lack of professional and the idea to just be rude to whoever she serves. Was waiting for 5 minutes figured I would try and help and she popped out the right room look all shocked I was trying to find help. She looked at me with a look "I was just talking to my boss, sit over there and I'll be with you" with a unwelcome undertone. And she walked off to the back. I sat down and the employer walked up "how can I help" she leaned back on the counter. I gave my order out she didn't bother to repeat like Normal. She asked my sons I.D. flipped it back and forth thinking it's some fake plastic, even had to do the math to make sure it's legit. So far it feels unwelcome already. I asked for some of the halloween wine bottles. She looked at a face "leaning over the cabinet next to her" she mumbled, "there everywhere like I would know where" she didn't bother helping locating, as she walked to the back in quiet. So far I really don't feel welcome to this establishment and I'll never head back. Group of people was outside trying to get shade and she ran out yelling at them for moving a table over. By the lack of equality and educate. The guy, in a nice black apron and paisley shirt was very welcoming, helped me with my question I tried asking before. He was all laughing and cheery and happy with helping us, laughing about monstermaham! The guy I wasn't aware of his name, was amazing to help. The female lack the empathy and courtesy to be a little nice. The nice sweet man in the paisley saved the experience, if I came back and the female approached I would walk out. The wine of four tasting was good and the cheese plate was delicious. The truffles was a nice sweetness with the wine. Glad the guy with the paisley helped us. Definitely saved the experience!

100% must try…
My wife and I started dating and began visiting here 12 years ago. Time has passed and living in other states but we got to come back today and this place hasn’t changed!!! It’s a great place! Wines are unmatched. Must visit for awesome flights and live music. Prices are very reasonable. It’s worth a trip even if it’s out of the way.

Incredible experience! We were just going to do a flight and leave, but the wonderful staff and atmosphere made us stay longer... We did the flights that came with a glass of wine (smart!), additional glasses, and bought a case.
Most impressed with their whites, especially the Pueblo chili and the margarita lime.
Cheese board was wonderful! Will definitely be back.

Highly recommend stopping by Manitou Winery if you are near Colorado Springs/Manitou Springs for a wonderful glass of wine, cheeses and great company. The owners are incredible people and the kindest souls and you can taste the love they put in their wines.

This winery has the best staff and owners! They are super personable and explain the process of their winery very well! They have great small eats to go along with the wine as well. Their music nights create the perfect ambiance. This winery is a must try when you are in the area! I love Manitou Winery!

Visited this amazing shop about a month ago. I was greeted by Eric, found out later he was the owner and head mixalogist for their delish wines. After about 2 hours of great conversation, wonderful service and probably a bit to much wine,hey I was walking so no problems there, I left with 2 bottles of some specialty blends. If you are in the Colorado Springs area and want an amazing spot to cool your heals and have a few glasses or pick up a bottle for what ever reason, I highly recommend this place. It's got charm, great staff, wonderful owners, and an amazing product. Do yourself a favor!

Amazing service, great selection, yummy wine and cheese! Your tasting can even include slushies, mead, and other non wine choices! The servers there are always very friendly. Vibe is great! When weather is nice, patio is lovely! I have been twice with their groupon now!

So, I am not a wine person. But I ended up purchasing a bottle because their Apple wine was so sweet and tasty ? we didn’t have much time, but I wish we would have stayed longer. They had some super cute little benches in the windows. I feel like I could just curl up and read a book in the window. Very friendly staff as well

Everyone was so nice! The wines were amazing! They event let our god in and we got her a plushy wine bottle. Best place we’ve been to on CO by far. I’m originally from a place with lots of wineries and we’ve had membership at other places so I highly recommend!
