However, I've never had a negative experience shopping at Athleta. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. Sizes are extensively inclusive. There is truly something for everyone, every shape, every size, for any daily occasion. On my last trip in, I was feeling particularly down about my body, but I left here with items and thoughts that made me feel great, and look my best. I highly recommend going here. Give it a try. Yes it's expensive. But it's worth it. You're worth it! And it's a certified B Corp, so you don't have to feel environment guilt after your purchase. ;)”

“My four kids and I went shopping at this Dillard's in Chapel Hills Mall. I am a newly single father and was granted 50/50 custody. The judge ordered that I have clothes for the kids at my apartment so they do not have to take a suitcase back and forth. We went to the children's section and we were immediately greeted by Carole. I told her we were looking for church clothes for the kids and I preferred clothes on clearance. Carole took extra special care of us helping us pick out clothes for the kids. They each walked away with a few new outfits that were all on clearance. My daughter said she felt like royalty with the way we were taken care of and treated like we were special. My son even complimented the customer service as "something you o it ever see on TV". I shared with Carole our situation, and she was so kind and loving towards my children and me! I am absolutely grateful to Carole for going above and beyond and making the shopping experience so enjoyable for all of us - even this dad who was nervous about buying new wardrobes for four kids. Major kudos to her!”
“The sales team was so helpful at this store. This was so refreshing. I needed a size that was not in stock. So they called another store to put it on hold for me. This took quite a bit of time but saved me time running around looking for it at other sores. Needless to say, I was very grateful. I don't shop at Old Navy but was in the store looking for school uniform separates. Great job Old Navy team!”
“Well we'll we'll..let me tell you from personal experience that by far..this is MY FAVORITE STORES TO SHOP EVER. I love the clothes..the quality of the clothes..the price you pay for what you get is awesome.I enjoy finding the discounted items. You can always find everything you need all the way down to the accessories. I most enjoy how the manager interacts with the customers and makes you feel like family with a smile. Very warm and welcoming. You don't feel like you're being watched and rushed. Great personalities work here. I love how Big and open this store is. It's always clean and well put together. You can tell that the employees love their job. Perfect place to shop. It almost gives you a Paris kind of shopping experience..even if you've never been there and saw it on television. ?. If this store ever were to close its doors.. I'd be saddened because this is where I shop. This store gets 20 stars in my book. Great job H&M”

“Came here (and a few other places) to find a dressy coat for my selective (AKA picky) daughter. The saleswoman who helped me was very helpful, friendly, and patient. My daughter tried on many coats. When we didn't find exactly the right coat, she showed me one online, that was perfect.Store was immaculate and all of the clothing racks (that I saw) were neat and organized, unlike some other stores we'd been to.”
“I love this place! Lots of good deals on toys! I have found some really cool things here. Same with clothing. The employees know I’m a regular and many know my name. The manager Jessica is awesome as well as Kendra and Kelleny. And the lady with red hair (I forgot her name). I shop and sell here and I’ve figured out the selling process so that the majority of the time they accept most if not all of my items. The store is alway very clean. My kids love coming in here too and I’m glad it’s someplace I feel safe bringing them. Keep up the good work guys! Disregard the bad reviews, some people need to adjust their expectations and understand a little about what the resale market is about!”

“Mountain West had the cutest shirts! Their prices are quite reasonable, especially in a place that can be expensive. The employees were really nice. Only complaint that I have is that it was hard to find the right sizes- most of the crewnecks were either a Small or Extra Large. Other than that, great experience!”
