Within walking distance of the iconic Manitu shops. Delicious breakfasts and friendly owners. The room was comfortable and homey. We were married 20 years ago and celebrated our anniversary, it was perfect.

Very comfortable room with lots of windows with peeks at the mountain peaks, a very nice king bed, breakfast at our door every morning at 8:00 with wonderful coffee in a thermos, and peace and quiet even though we were walking distance to Manitou's busy Main Street. The deer visited us every day and just hung out. We'll be back!! Thank you Sally and Mike.

Thank you so much Blue Skies Inn!!! Jim

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Skies Inn. Sally and Mike are friendly gracious hosts. The building we stayed in was well appointed and beautifully decorated. There was an eclectic set of books to peruse. Lots of movies to choose from. The breakfast each morning was delicious and delivered on time with hot coffee and delightful fresh muffins. More food than my wife and I could eat. There are lots of private areas to sit and enjoy the weather. This is a secluded area within walking distance of town. I have a disability and Mike was very helpful in getting us settled in. The Blue Skies inn is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Colorado. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a quiet place to relax in a a peaceful setting.

From deer in the garden to breakfast delivered to our doorstep, our stay at Blue Skies, the second one, was peaceful and so relaxing after a busy visit with family. Mike and Sally are congenial and helpful in every way. Our bright, sunny room was perfect. Hope to return soon.

We loved our getaway at Blue Skies Inn, tucked into a private little spot at the edge of Manitou Springs. With a private drive, three lodge style homes housing 10 rooms, wooded surroundings and gardens, it felt like a secluded spot right where we needed to be.. a 10 minute walk to town and within a few miles drive of hikes and natural attractions in both Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs. Mike and Sally were the perfect hosts and always available for questions and recommendations. We loved having a hot breakfast delivered to our room daily and starting our morning outside enjoying the view. The rooms were designed by Sally and immaculately clean, . and a bit kitschy which just added to the charm. We will recommend this spot to all of our family and friends. Enjoy!

Beautiful, peaceful property. Location convenient for walking to historic Manitou Springs shops and restaurants. Stayed in Starlight suite which was quiet, clean, cool and spacious. Good linens and tasteful decor. Wonderful Home-cooked breakfast brought to your suite each morning. Friendly and accommodating owners that you can tell take pride in their property and do everything they can to make all welcome and comfortable. Looking forward to another visit to this gem!

Wonderful accommodations, wonderful people and....a great experience. They make you feel more like old friends than simply guests. Being greeted with a smile and a handshake upon arrival is so typical of the great ambiance of this hidden gem.

We stay here about once a year for our anniversary. It appears secluded with all the trees on the property but it's right off the main street going into Manitou. We have stayed in Rock Art 1 two times now. We really like it, although, this was the first time that we really could hear some movement above us. It wasn't too bad, though. The air conditioning didn't work on this trip and because we were in and out and odd times, we weren't able to tell the hosts until we left. Luckily, it cooled down enough at night that we slept with the windows open and the ceiling fan on. The window by the bedroom, though, had hardware that was broken so we were unable to open those windows. The hosts are friendly and the breakfast is always served hot and promptly in the morning right to your door.

The Blue Skies Inn was a wonderful place to stay. The room we had (Dot Matrix) was so tastefully done and the bed was super comfortable (and my husband loved the dual shower heads!). We can't say enough good things about the breakfasts; they were yummy! We would highly recommend this property if you're staying in Colorado/Manitou Springs.

We stayed at the Blue Skies ten years prior and were glad that the room was available to book when we were in Manitou. We stayed in Rock Art 1, it's beautiful and nicely decorated. The room was clean and well maintained. A tasty breakfast was delivered to our door every morning. However, the best reason to stay are the owners. Sally and Mike are very pleasant and made a good place to stay into a great place to stay.

An absolute pleasure to stay here! Between the room upgrade, the amazing breakfast, and Sally offering to take our photos after eloping, we would give this place a 100/10 if possible! Sally and Mike were very kind, caring, and hardworking. You can tell they have dedicated themselves to this work and really love it. The room (Morning Glory) was beautiful and the location of the inn is amazing. 0.5 miles to garden of the gods (where we got married) and if you take a right out of the inn driveway, you will find a small town a little away from the touristy Colorado Springs. Would highly recommend this place and we will be back!
