March was by far the worst realty agent I've ever come in contact with. She rented us a space with numerous basic issues that could have easily been fixed. She didn't respond to our initial move in requests and thereafter didn't respond at all to any communication. We rented the hone at a premium because of the low rental availability at the time. Among many other trashy items left on the property There were old tires left on the property that we had asked to be removed after we took over the property. We later learned that she had charged the previous tenants 250$ for the disposal of the tires on the property that she then had told us didn't exist..When we mentioned the old tires on the property March said they weren't on the property..She was by far the worst property manager we have ever encountered. Fortunately the property owner went with another agent and we were freed from dealing with her in any other interactions. She did not represent the property or the prospective tenants in any good light. Avoid her at all costs..

March Champan has been extremely attentive. I have contacted her on numerous occasions during the weekend (off weekend hours) and she still has always contacted me back in less than 30 min with a response, or even a scheduled appointment to check something. I do recommend River Cliff Realty, as to me it seems as though Chapman and River Cliff truly care for the needs of others. Thank you for all that you do.

Can't recommend River Cliff Realty ( and March Chapman) enough. March as a property manager was a star, she handled everything very well, took care of the place as if it were her own, and even anticipated issues. Truly provided peace of mind as a pm. We later sold our house and March was the best realtor I have ever worked with. Professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and tough when needed. I am truly sad that I don't have a reason to keep working with River Cliff Realty.

March was very thorough and professional. We bought and sold with her. She is amazing. When we are ready for income property, we will definitely use her again. We highly recommend her!
