Dr Duncan is competent. Coming from a super-critical dude like me, that's high praise. I brought my sick kitty there, expressed my sense of urgency, and I got in the same day. An x-ray revealed a mass in the lung. Dr was uncertain what was going on, and engaged a specialist. Once a firm diagnosis occurred, she prescribed the right treatment. This is high competence. Vet care seems expensive in 2024, and without getting into an economic tirade, the bottom line is if you want an educated competent Doc with staff, an office and tech equipment to be there the next time you need them, you're gonna have to pay a living wage. For my part, it's time to look into pre-paid insurance plans. I will be returning to Dr Duncan and her Clinic.

we have been with this vet clinic for a long time they where the vet for your old dog who passed and they are the current vets to our cat and dog. today i called in because my cat jumped on top of our glass stove and burnt his paw . they where amazing they recommend what we should do and gave a us an amount of days we should wait before taking him in. they where supper helpful and made sure we had all our needs met. i highly recommend going there. no excuse for it they are simply the best.

We used to like this clinic, but now I wouldn't recommend taking any animal there. We took our sweet dog in on Monday, because she just wasn't feeling well. On Tuesday, she was worse, but they could not/would not fit her in and also claimed that the x-ray machine that was working the day before was down. Long story short, we ended up at an animal hospital in Longmont with a dog that was hours from death. She is still in a hospital in Boulder, being well cared for. I understand that a misdiagnoses can happen, but the absolute lack of follow up or basic caring is unacceptable.

It was clear today that the staff here felt the pain almost as much as we did. Our girl Lana loved everyone she met and I’m so thankful that when her time came she was around people that cared for her. Thank you for taking care of our girl and trying your best

I’ve been going to this vet for over 10 years now and within the past couple years I’ve been running into the same BS with Lyons vet as they won’t refill My Shepard’s ear or allergy medication!!!! The Dr. that we were working with previously put a “no refill” on the ear medication that he NEEDS and that vet is now retired!!! Keep in mind we were just in there last week to get him microchipped and neutered. There was supposed to be a “no questions asked” for his medications when it came time to refill. This was in place for up to a year. When the year was up we would go back in for another checkup. It has only been 8 months and I’ve had to fight this EVERY SINGLE TIME he needs a refill!!! The next step was to take my dog to Corning for testing due to exploring ALL options already with this vet and knowing that the medication he is on is working or at least helping to maintain his allergy conditions. This place is going downhill fast with the lack of communication, the lack of general knowledge of past medical history of the animals and the negligence they are continuing to display in their poor decision making.

Such a warm and loving atmosphere. The staff is wonderful, we felt extremely valued and well taken care of. We were not rushed but we didn’t wait forever either. Wonderful experience!

Only good for first aid, vaccinations and spay neuter - at a hefty premium. Stunningly unsophisticated in terms of even slightly complex issues, scandalously overpriced. Pure extortion. Go somewhere else. Absolute ripoff.

Thank you Lyons Vet staff!!!!!! You made space (on a busy Saturday!) for our cat, Scout, who had been bitten and the wound was abcessed. Not even a week later, her wound is barely visible and she is a happy fur baby.
