I recommend only working with the owner and being very specific about the order. I made the mistake of ordering designers choice online with local delivery. I included my phone number and my mom received a plant that was not anywhere on the website as an option (orchid) and I was never contacted about their inability to deliver to an address in Lyons. I only found out of the inability to deliver to her address when my mom got lost trying to find the studio and called me. I left a message and the owner apologized profusely when she called me back. She offered to create a bouquet for my mom when she moved (I wanted to bring the orchid back). The move took longer due to my brother getting sick and dying and we missed the eight week window...again the eight weeks was not communicated in that one conversation but is understandable. Other than the one phone call back, I struggled to reach anyone over the phone (I tried five times) and that was one of the reasons I went with online. The latest exchange occurred via texts with my waiting another week before hearing that I missed the opportunity.

I have had the opportunity to receive flowers twice from Living Arts Floral Designs and I can honestly say they have been the most beautiful arrangements I have ever received. The colors are amazing, the flowers are so fresh and the beauty lasts. Thank you for brightening my days!

They are more than just fabulous florists, they are incredibly compassionate people. I placed an order online that was for a delicate situation and Living Arts filled it with not just beautiful flowers but delivered it with kindness and caring. Everyone was stunned with the beauty of the arraignment and overwhelmed with the kindness that came with it. Flowers can be for occasions other than happiness and it's nice to have a florist that understands that. Thank you so much.

Beautiful arrangement, hand-delivered as promised. Love supporting local businesses and this Lyons florist did not disappoint! The flowers were fresh, and the lilies are not yet opened, so there will still be many days of joy to come from this arrangement!

I needed to place an order online and found this shop in Lyons. A lot of variety to choose from in arrangements, and I found the perfect one to send to my friend. It arrived on time and was simply gorgeous, as my friend sent me pictures. It was almost exactly as the picture online, except the owner went above and beyond and added a few extras. Would definitely use them again!

I called several florists in my search to find someone who could make my dream of a lilac-themed wedding possible, and several florists said that they just couldn’t or weren’t able to guarantee they would be able to get me lilacs. From the get-go, Jeralyn said without hesitation that she could deliver the lilac dream, and boy did she ever! Jeralyn came up with the most gorgeous, artful, tasteful, and romantic lilac arrangements and made my day beautiful beyond compare! I highly recommend Living Arts to anyone who needs gorgeous, original arrangements!

Living Arts Floral Designs was an absolute delight to speak to. I completely forgot a friends birthday and called them on a Monday. The woman was nice enough to answer. However, since she was closed she had to refer me to someone else. About an hour later she called stating she went to shop to get something an saw a beautiful orchard that she knew my friend would like. She was worried I haven't found someone. So, she called back asking if I did and if I would like the orchard sent over! I was happy that she checked cause I haven't yet sent someone and appreciated the thought. I requested the orchard to be sent and the fact that she doubled checked to see if I was taken care of what very considerate. I will now be using the florist for Lyons!

OH MY GOODNESS! I am so happy I chose Living Arts Floral to do my wedding flower arrangements. She was able to listen to everything I wanted and turn it in to amazing pieces of artwork! She made the whole process so effortless and enjoyable. I was so excited to walk into my wedding and have everything set up and beautiful!
