“I arrived a day early & asked if I could spend the night & they said yes, but she told me that the facility would close & I wouldn't be able to get in. I guess she meant to go to the restroom.
My appointment was at 9am, but since they were slow, they took me in right away & gave me a door, loaded me & waited for a call to go sign my bills.
The ONLY thing I didn't like here was the STAIRS!! TOO MANY!! Had me huffing n puffing!????

“We love our post office and the people that work there. Renee is always helpful and will go above and beyond for the post office and it's customers. Being short staffed makes long hours and Renee still smiles and helps you out the best she can. Best post office I have ever used.”
“We were from out of town and out brakes went out. Owner was super friendly and was able to get our brakes fixed the very next morning since we showed up 10 minutes before closing the day of. A nice walk to the mall helped pass the time while we waited. They showed us how bad the old brakes were and gave us an estimate within the hour. Fixing them took another 2 hours. We were very happy with their service.”

I was there right at closing, someone showed up after the doors were locked. Manager let them in and helped get their package sent. Amazing!
Other locations seem to close at least 5 minutes early.

“Eaton post office does an excellent job. The staff is so friendly. We accidentally put something in our mailbox that didn’t have postage on it yet. It was a lockbox so we couldn’t get it out. We called and explained the situation. We were told it would be a few days before they could retrieve it- which was fine with us! But then, Nicole went above and beyond!! Within hours Nicole has retrieved it and rang our doorbell to personally deliver it back to us. Wow!!! This is outstanding customer service. Thanks Nicole!!”

“I'm not sure why there are so many poor reviews here. I found Debra and Kiley to be extremely helpful and professional. No, they do not "break the rules" like previous employees, but telling you "no" doesn't mean they are being rude. I do wish they would stop offering passport services, as that does add to the wait time to mail a package.”

“I always go here. They are locally owned and I've always had a positive experience.They ship UPS, FedEx and USPS.They also have a little area for kids to play with Duplo blocks and a few small toys. Very helpful for me since I have a toddler.”
