My husband and I have purchased several items from the Zales at Centerra. Kym has helped us every time. I always have a hard time making up my mind and she was always so patient and answered every question we asked. She would show us as many rings as we wanted to see. I have taken a ring in because I lost a diamond and she was so polite in getting it repaired for me. We will always use this Zales and Kym for any jewelry needs.

Kym has been helping for years pick out engagement rings, wedding bands, watches and various gifts. Kym and the other staff are very knowledgeable and make shopping a breeze.

Alexis helped me picked my new bridal set. She was great!! I am notoriously difficult about making decisions, especially when it comes to something so important and so expensive. I didn't want to have any regrets, but she helped me make the decision easier. She asked enough questions about what I like and things I do to narrow down my options. My wife had already been in to talk to Alexis to get a better idea of what she wanted to give me before she surprised me.
She showed us the Vera Wang collection and I chose a beautiful set. She was kind, helpful, and patient when she helped us. I refer everyone to her when they're looking for new jewelry.

We visited the Centerra store in hopes of finding an affordable option for a wedding band on pretty short notice.
Alexis was incredibly welcoming and took the time to show us a surprisingly wide variety of options in our limited budget, and then expedited the fitting to have it ready in time for our ceremony.
We will definitely be back again to visit her for future purchases!

Recently worked with Cassidy on a custom engagement ring. She was absolutely outstanding. I was able to independently source my own stones to maximize my budget and Cassidy helped bring my design to life. Super easy to work with and great at communicating with me through the whole process. The whole staff was super friendly and just as excited as I was to get this ring.

I went here to get an engagement ring for my now fiancée amazing looking rings, the woman forgot her name unfortunately who helped me out was also amazing and helpful through it all. I recommend this place for anyone looking to propose or get married.
