Great selection of very high-quality merchandise. Holly, one of the owners, retains detailed knowledge of all products. Regrettably, they don't offer cobbler services anymore. Show repair is a dying art. Take your time browsing their inventory, and you're bound to find something special. They have a good selection of steel toed work boots and shoes ?. If Annie, Peter, and Wendy wore shoes, they would shop here!

Nov 13, 2023. I learned today Whiteside's no longer offers shoe or boot repair. They now list alternatives including: Little Boot in Longmont, Kuyper's Shoe Repair in Mead, Roger's Shoe Repair in Fort, Collins, and Smitty's Cobbler Shop in Loveland.

Horrible customer service literally had to help myself the entire time. No greeting when I entered the store and the fake empty goodbye was obviously forced. I been here several times and never had any problems with the other representatives. The lack of professionalism and attention was enough for me to never come back

Seems like the name says it all. when I went in there to get some work boots and I kept seeing people just watching me shop, while others shopped freeley, made me feel like I was stealing something. Then they looked away after I notice them, then this one young boy kept looking at me. so I said is there a problem he just kept staring at me with glaring face. Then I asked the cash register, what’s his problem she tried her best to keep it professional and apologized for him. Which was the only nice person who helped me in the store. I don’t know if I would recommend anyone after my experience there.

Great selection of outerwear boots, jackets, and hats, hats hats. You can find it all at WhitesidesMy first time going to Whitesides, staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and inviting. I would suggest anybody is driving by should stop in and see what they’re missing if you’ve never been.

They seem a bit racist hereAfter seeing other reviews, maybe racist is the wrong term.I grew up in loveland and went to this store many times without problems.Went with my husband today and we were treated like we were inconvenient and like we disgusted them. The reason I say what I originally said was bc my husband and my son are Mexican. So i couldn't understand why every other time in my life I've come and had no problem and now we have people watching us through the store and look at us like we're dirt.To be fair, the girl that helped us was far more concerned with the checkout clerk than helping us find our son some boots, so ...
