Jamie Sigley was absolutely wonderful to work with for my wire transfer. She was very meticulous with verifying the route of the transfer with the person I was doing business, giving me an incredible peace of mind. I would recommend her to everyone.

Today was the worst experience I have ever had at the Wells Fargo bank on Grant. I came for a notary Zach was the banker. From the time I sat down he tried to find everything wrong possible with the documents. It was clear within a few minutes he was not going to notarize the Federal document. It had been notarized for the previous 8 years from WellsFargo. But the rudeness didn’t end there after I told him it’s a Federal template and I have never had any issues he smart mouth me and said have a Merry Christmas. Thank you Zach for trying to ruin my holiday weekend. I went to my other bank they notarized it with no problem and they had great customer service. I guess it’s time to move all my accounts to the Credit Unions. They seem to care.

Extremely Rude! Belligerent staff member condescendingly verbally attacked me and threatened to call the police because I dare pulled out of the ATM and parked in the teller tube booth for 60 seconds while I rearranged my ATM deposit instead of make the person behind me wait for the ATM. There was absolutely no traffick and 4/5 lanes for people to drive up to. I quickly rearranged my deposit and pulled back up to the ATM an all of 120 second ordeal. He didnt ask if I was confused or needed help he just immediately with an aggressive attitude called me mam (clearly a man) and began belittling me and trying to make me feel stupid and proceeded to tell me he was calling the police. Well done sir ? do you feel like a big man today?

I have visited this bank hundreds of times to the ATM and inside to see the bankers for the notary and various other services. Ive noticed a steady decline in the behavior by the staff over the last few years. Here is an example: I went in at about Noon this past Tuesday to set up a simple bill pay. I was first asked to approach the counter, and then turned away by the cashier at the counter saying to come in on Friday a few days later to meet with a banker because apparently everyone was busy.There was no visible line or anything. I had taken time out during the workday to go the bank to setup some payments, They disregarded my time for no apparent reason. There were 6 hours before closing and I coldnt be squeezed in to see a banker for a simple bill pay setup? I was scheduled out 3 days for this service? I couldnt make it in on Friday becuse of work and my setup is still pending a week later. I have been a wells fargo client for about 23 years, Im disappointed in thier behavior.

Rude staff they wouldn't cash a government check that was drawn through their Bank told me that it was a deposit only and that in order to get my money I need to open an account there, they also said they needed two forms of ID I provided them with my driver's license my State plumbing card a state issued health insurance card a state issued OSHA safety card apparently none of which were sufficient they told me that I would have to come back with another form of ID and open an account because the check was deposit only I took it 5 minutes down the road to King Soopers and they cashed it without any trouble at all whatsoever. By the way it was the manager that blatantly lied to try to get me to open up an account at their known to be crooked Bank. Wells Fargo is known to have morality issues and I am reminded every time I try to step into one to do business.

The people are nice. Taking money out from inside takes too long. Only two tellers. I’d love to just use the drive up atm, but the atm is always broken or being worked on. I use the atm weekly and EVERYTIME I go to use it, it’s down. Fix your stupid atm.

We have had a breach in security twice now. The first was some random $400 charge. We fought it and they returned our funds to our checking account and we changed our account number. We then moved our money to a saving account we had with them.... a month later we see a $9900 random charge out of our savings account. WTH? I set up another fraud report and actually went into the bank on my day off. They told me there was not a banker in the building today and to come back tomorrow. ;(Steam coming out of my ears:( We successfully fought it and they returned the money a week later. Why would they draw from a savings account? Why wouldn't they call us first? IDK. We are going to take our money out of this bank ASAP. There is a hole in the bucket.

I have been here probably 15 times. Of those 15 times, the ATM has been out of cash or not working 13 times. I went this morning to do a withdrawal and yet again it told me to go to Centerra or Fort Collins. Yeah, no. They also changed their lobby hours to open at 9am, which is super convenient for everyone in the world who has to work.Wells Fargo was the first bank account I ever had. Been with them for 26 years. Not anymore. I'm out. There are way too many other options out there that don't rip you off with new fees and can't give you your money when you need it. Bye Felicia.
