Apple specifically is always rude . Every time I come to do my deposit or get change for our business, I hope I don't get her as a teller. As a whole this branch is awful. The "supervisor " has no idea what customer service is . There are no checks and balances. Some days I need an ID for a deposit, some days I don't . Some days I can use my digital ID and some days I can't . They can't check my transaction history to see who has taken my deposit in the past but I'm supposed to trust them with my money. It's a joke .

I opened an account at Wells Fargo, Hahns Peak, Loveland, because it was convenient. The employees have always been nice. However, I have only been able to see my account information online once. I was assured last month that it was set up for online access, and, yes, I was able to look at my transactions, but today when I tried their system did not recognize my social security number, user name, password, etc., so I couldn't log in again. This is the last straw. Yes, I can call their number where someone can fix this (which seems impossible to do in person as I tried today) AGAIN, but I'm tired of calling their number. I'm mentioning just the most egregious long term problem, but there have been a number of others. On Monday morning I'm closing my account and be done with them.

Very friendly staff, they make banking as simple as using the Wells Fargo Bank app. Very clean, always quick I have never had any problems here. A great demonstration of the reputation for Wells Fargo.

This is by far the worst branch. Not only is everybody rude and always on their phone, the worst one is the manager there! Mike Garvert proceeded to shut the door in mine and my 3 year olds face when I walked up at 8:45 and asked if they changed their hours (I thought they opened at 8:30) in the middle of my question he said no, rolled his eyes and shut the door in our faces. He then opened the door for a man in construction work clothes at 8:50. I went with the intention to make a payment, but ended up closing my account. When I made sure to get his name he was scrolling on his phone, looked up at me and rolled his eyes again! I have never felt so disrespected.

So apparently closing at 5:30 actually means closing at 5:15. I pulled up at 5:18 and the guy in front of me at the drive through was throwing a fit. Apparently they closed before he got there as well. Pretty unprofessional not to adhere to the business hours you've set for yourselves.
