The short girl in the pharmacy with the long curly brown and blonde hair was very rude to me. She shut the window in my face when I had been in line and told me “we’re going on break”. When I came back she was so short with me and told me that the prescription just got ready but I will still have to wait another ten minutes. I could literally see the bag already in the box but I waited anyways. Everybody else working in the pharmacy were very nice and professional besides her. It felt like she was being prejudice. She really needs to be humbled. It’s not hard to be nice to people.

Normally my prescription pick up experience at this location isn't great. So I have to give a huge shout out to Kira! She reminded me of what customer service used to be like. She was friendly and really helpful.

Rude technician who gave me attitude for no reason and was very passive aggressive. Like, if you don't like your job then quit!

I stopped by the pharmacy yesterday to pick up needles and syringes for my prescription. I couldn’t remember the exact gauge of the needles i need so I asked Nana at the pharmacy counter if she could look it up. You would think this woman had the worst job in the world. Her attitude right off the bat was as if I was ruining her day by walking up the the counter. She gave me such a hard time about not knowing the gauge of needles i need and made me feel like a complete idiot. What’s more, when she stormed off to collect the supplies I was asking for and then talked about me to her coworkers, she kept referring to me as “she”. Im a scruffy dude wearing a baseball hat and she’s somehow “confusing” me for a woman? I’m not sure what kind of passive aggressive game this was so I corrected her and I couldn’t even finish the transaction without another snarky comment from her about how i should remember what size needles I need. Absolutely ridiculous. Needing to be on meds that require injections and getting these drugs from the pharmacy is a pain enough without the unnecessary rude treatment from the pharmacy techs.

Agree with these reviews that the pharmacy staff is rude. I go to the one in 37th and feel sympathy for them, as they are always slammed, but the two times I have had to reach out to this location have been much worse.

The most awful customer service in the pharmacy. If you guys are unhappy with the 16 to 20 dlls hr that Walgreens pays you, just get another job that makes you happier. Awful attitudes you cannot make these throw a smile Or a thank you for nothing.

The staff is rude. My husband asked me to switch to this one because it is closer to his driving route. But every time I come here the staff has an attitude. I'll be switching back to the Garfield Walgreens. Watch out for the short dark hair women. She will bite your head off of you ask if your prescription is done.

Typical Walgreens smaller than most. Not a large selection of specialty product at this Walgreens.

Withheld my Medication Refill, so I couldn’t go on a life saving trip to California because it was 5 Days early. Despite my Doctors calling and explaining the situation. They should have their Pharmacy Licences Revoked. This might cost me my life, as I now have to wait because I can’t get this Medication in California and the drive will take me more then 5 days, I’m extremely ill. Cruel people trying to Kill me.

As a devoted customer of Walgreens for five years, I encountered a disappointing experience during my recent visit. I went to the store to drop off a FedEx package with a QR code, as per FedEx's instructions indicating that Walgreens could print the label. However, the staff member I approached seemed unaware of this process and insisted that I needed a physical label. Despite my attempts to explain the QR code situation, they responded condescendingly, suggesting it was impossible to attach a QR code to the package. I would have preferred a clearer explanation regarding the store's inability to print labels, rather than feeling disrespected. This lack of coordination between Walgreens and the services advertised by FedEx led to unnecessary confusion and frustration. While I've been a loyal customer due to previous positive experiences, this incident highlighted the need for better communication and customer service at this location. I hope Walgreens can improve their staff training and communication regarding their services to avoid similar misunderstandings in the future.
