Horrible horrible horrible…..on hold 30 mins. Tech was rude as she could be and I’ll be transferring my scripts to Safeway. I’ve never had such horrible service like I’ve had at Walgreens and it’s not just this location, it’s every Walgreens I’ve ever been to. I’d have given zero stars if it would let me. Save yourself some aggravation and never use a Walgreens for anything.

Went in to get only half my dogs rx because once again they never have it even though I order every month. I pull up and the woman says something lightning fast after I was sitting at the window for 5 minutes, I was checking emails and glancing over to the window but I didn't understand her gibberish when she finally did get to me. I thought she said are you picking up so I said yes for my dog and she gave me a dirty look like how dare you answer me incorrectly and then continued to be curt and rude to me throughout the entire interaction. I wish I would've gotten her name and reported her to the manager but this location is a dumpster fire anyway and I see them closing. They close all the time unexpectedly for no staffing, their store is always a gross mess with leaking from the ceiling. Not to mention I asked when the other half of my rx would be ready and she stated tomorrow or Monday which was 4 days later. I called the automated messenger and it says it won't be ready for another 2 days and that puts me at the end of the pills, my dog cannot miss a dose as it takes over a month to get levels in the blood. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will be switching pharmacies immediately and telling everyone to avoid this pharmacy like the plague!

I arrived at the drive through with a minute to so spare before closing time at 7:00pm. The pharmacist refused to look at me through the window and wouldn't take 30 seconds to check me out. I had also tried to call earlier in the day but no one answered and there was no way to leave a message.

My Vet called in a prescription to the pharmacy yesterday morning. Last night I called and it was still not ready. I was told it would be ready by 10:00 am. At noon I called again and they said it would be ready by 3:00 pm! I told them to forget it and cancelled the order. I went to another pharmacy and got it filled within an hour! The Pharmacist told me they didn't have all the information they needed - really?! Because no one asked me further questions each time I called to check on the status.

I have never had constant issues with a pharmacy like i have here. Every prescription, every single time, is a fight to get filled. Do not use this pharmacy.

I'm so sick of this location! These incompetent techs are the sole reason why I moved my business to another pharmaceutical provider. I called to get a prescription olon file filled. The lady on phone insists there's no refills. I'm like yeah I know it's a prescription. Needless to say I got nowhere. So I logged on to my online account and yup there's the prescription ready to be filled. So I hit fill well apparently they don't fill this medication unless you call in if you do it online it just sits and they don't even call or anything. I basically had to sick the doctor on them. Lucky my doctor agreed that was unnecessary and recommended Genoa so far much better service and it's right next door!

Pleasant staff. The phone reminders sukkk tho. Items are curated but pricey. Drive thru busy and a couple of minor errors like 30 instead of 90 pills but easily rectified. Convenient location and takes my insurance.

I’ve dealt with a lot of pharmacies all over the country and this Walgreens, by far, is the absolute worst. I’m a nice lady. I’m polite. I put in so much effort to speak mindfully and kindly to every person I speak to. I know pharmacies are overwhelmed these days. I know the staff must be exhausted. This place told me it would take days to get my medication in stock. It didn’t show up when I was told it would. I still couldn’t fill it. I ran out of my medication which is a big no-no. When I tried to ask questions to gauge whether to try a different pharmacy (which is a long process involving my doctor) I was just flat out hung up on. It was so unprofessional. If I had been upset or unkind, I’d understand. But I was just asking literally the most basic questions. Another time, I placed a pickup order and when I got to the pharmacy drive through I was told that they didn’t have anything. I later called the store and they told me they had it the whole time and the pharmacy never even alerted them that someone was trying to pick up. Not to mention that Walgreens charges 4x more for medication than what surrounding pharmacies charge. I won’t go back. I didn’t believe the reviews. I thought “surely, it can’t be that bad.” It turned out to be much worse.

I had best service.Tracy went out of her way to help me with couple requests. When I called to ask if I can come earlier than my appointment time, they also accommodated(VS other walgreens, who said NO!). Thanks.

This pharmacy is pathetic. I've tried to call in a prescription multiple times for a patient. The pharmacy tech answers and says "I'll transfer you to the voicemail, it'll sound like it disconnects but it won't actually". Well the call literally disconnects. So I have tried calling back to tell him this and he hangs up on me after saying "well the pharmacist is busy". I tried to call and let a manager know that this was happening. She had zero inderstanding, and put me on hold to look into it. 5 minutes later, the phone call disconnects. I now have a patient who I cannot call a prescription in for. Absolutely disgusting service. I let the patient know that this was happening and offered to call in her prescription elsewhere.

The pharmacists I’ve spoken with so far have been fine, but there are one or two pharmacy techs that have given me truly the worst customer service I have ever received. As someone who has worked in healthcare and knows the importance of treating patients with kindness and care, people who are often in fragile circumstances, I am appalled. I have had so many issues with how I have been treated and with medications coming in. My other pharmacy is incredible, but unfortunately I have to go to Walgreens for my insurance. I will be switching locations as soon as possible for all of my medications.

Worst Walgreens ever.. Does anyone train these employees? Not convenient when cashiers have no training. Additionally, manager is outside smoking and phone surfing. Third stroke at tjis location for me...
