Apparently getting a Groupon means getting Groupon service, when I arrived I was not greeted or told my hairdresser was even there. It was a house and nobody said hello. I asked for blonde highlights, was very aggressive while doing my hair, I have red hair she didn't tell me it would be multiple trips back, I said I wanted to go blonde and she just started doing my hair. She didn't speak to me the whole time until we were almost done. My hair turned out orange, with some blonde or white parts. When she was supposed to cut my hair I asked for barely any trim and it's 3 inches shorter. when she started talking to me at the end she was being insulting to my daughter calling her things like "little girl" and making prude comments about her. She was very rude and very not happy to do our service. My hair stylists name was Jodie I would never recommend her to anyone.

I used a Groupon for a wash cut style with Jodi I had to end up making a "FIX IT" appointment because one side was longer. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY CUT AT ALL!!!!!
