We went to this location just looking at new phones and we received such good service from Traevonn that we ended up purchasing a new phone. He also took time to explain options and helped us get into a new plan that is saving us money. Very helpful and Highly recommended!

Best experience EVER! Kevin spent alot of time going thru our account to make sure we saved every dime he could (dropped our monthly bill by over $30 a month even with 2 new phones!) Could NOT be happier & will definitely be back!!!

We were helped immediately on a Saturday afternoon with friendly service. I needed help setting up an unlocked phone that I bought directly from the manufacturer to connect it to the Verizon network. Konnor was very helpful and resolved it quickly and efficiently. Glad I can finally use my new phone!

Traded in a phone and supposed to get $800 credit for trade in. 4 months, multiple phone calls to store and Verizon and still no credit. Starting to think they resold my old phone instead of turning it into Verizon. UPDATE: February 2, told nothing can be done. Feel like I was lied to and had $800 stolen from me. 23 years as a Verizon customer and this store has turned me into a T Mobile customer as of today. Added bonus, my bill with T Mobile (2 lines unlimited) $100/month instead of $180 with Verizon.

Went to this location initially for help with connection issues, David explained exactly what was going on and promptly helped restore service to my phone. He was also able to lower my bill by getting me off of an old plan. Will be returning here in the future to upgrade!

I bought an iPhone 15 pro max as well as an Apple Watch Series 9 from David and I could not be happier! My account had an old plan and there was an issue upgrading my phone and watch initially, but David went above and beyond calling customer service to fix the issue. He took the time to set up my devices, answer questions, and even explained ways I could save money. I did not feel rushed at all. David made my experience here one of the best I’ve ever had. I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend working with him.
