Got a nail in my tire from driving through the parking lot to get to the customer entrance. There was a bunch of debris by a loading dock area just upon entering the parking lot.

customer service hours are ridiculous as it is. Then I get there and they are closed and say will be back at 330.

My package was is reported to be delivered to a hotel I’m staying in, and signed for by a person that has not been an employee at the hotel since October. The product still hasn’t been found.

These guys went above and beyond to find my package. Cory initially looked for it, and when he couldn't find find it, his supervisor (sorry I forgot your name) came in from home and found my package. Keep in mind this was all on a Saturday when the Customer Center is closed. If it wasn't for these two guys, I would have missed a days worth of work.
Thank you so much!

What is important to know is that UPS drivers would rather leave your boxes on the stairs leading to your wrap around porch than putting the package on the other side of the 3-ft gate. I have complained two times in a week. I get food shipped in from New York. My boxes will be sitting in the hot sun where they need to be in the shade. I'm also on a very busy Street. UPS can't figure how to open up my gate and put a box by my door versus on the steps where porch pirates can easily get it? I am doing my best to secure my package by having the gate that the UPS driver can easily push open or undo the latch. FedEx can do it USPS can do it DHL can do it why can't UPS? By the way look closely the first. Photo. The gate was open he just had to push. My previous UPS man was always great. He would put the packages on my porch by my door.

Won't accept returns, hours vary and don't match published hours of Business. Not much customer care happening here.

2.5 hours on phone today. A.I. system has the balls to hang up on you to boot. Convinced no one can actually help you. I ship several things a week through usps and FedEx. Ups just happened to be a better option on ebay shipping format layout. Soon to find this was the worst possible outcome I could get with no sight of fixing it cause I can't talk to someone to fix the situation. $2200 part in mail just floating in to the unknown. Soon to be forced to refund a customer who's not at fault cause neither of us can fix the problem at either hub here or TX. BOTH TOLD THE OTHER MUST MAKE THE ADJUSTMENT. Just hope you clowns can ship my part back when all this is done so I'm not out $2200 for lack of human help that AI can't and WONT remedy. Been few years since I've shipped though you guys and I remember why now. Oh and the franchise store can't do anything at ALL, so don't even bother asking them. Wasted a whole day running around and calling circles.

My question to UPS is why do you have tracking information available at all if it's completely inaccurate? My saga started with a package that was supposed to be sent to me from Massachusetts on 12/22/23, when the business created the label. The driver didn't bother to pick it up until 5 days later and my delivery date was set for 1/3/24. After tracking showed that it sat in Hodgkins, IL for four days starting on 12/29/23, I was given a new update on Sunday evening, 1/1/24 that my package would be delivered on Tuesday, 1/2/24 between 11:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. (not a small window) . Since a signature is required for delivery, I changed plans to make sure I would be home and able to receive it. This morning, the tracking changed again, saying that my package was in Loveland, CO (20 minutes away) as of 5:25 a.m. and wouldn't be delivered until tomorrow, the original estimate of 1/3/24. Since I'd already made plans to be home to receive the package today, I decided to drive to Loveland to pick it up, 7 hours after it said it had arrived at the Loveland facility. I was informed by the clerk that my package wasn't really in Loveland, even though tracking said it had been there since 5:25 a.m. According to the nice gentleman, it was still in Denver, CO and wouldn't be in Loveland until later that night. Don't even get me started on the worthless information I've been receiving from online UPS help, including signing up for "My UPS" which promised more detailed information but still provided the exact same worthless and inaccurate "tracking" info. How does a company like this stay in business? I'm seriously asking, because I only use FedEx (who provides accurate, daily tracking). The man at the UPS facility was pleasant enough, but didn't seem particularly concerned that the tracking info I'd been relying on was completely inaccurate. He's just another cog in the faulty machine, I suppose. If it was possible to leave zero stars on this review, I would. And I'm definitely not counting on it showing up tomorrow, even though I need to make sure I'm available for a 10-hour window to sign for it.
