No area in the store where you can drop already labeled packages like every other UPS in the country offers. Very inconvenient. Will look at taking my commercial business back to FedEx.

Shady business practices at this location. First, I will start of by saying the associates at this location are always very helpful, nice and professional... even the manager I gave some aggressive feedback to today was very measured and professional, too bad they are put in a position to offer poor customer service. I ordered a product and was given the option to pick up at this UPS Store. There was ZERO added fee and ZERO indication that this would cost additional money. The merchant I ordered from did not note additional cost, the delivery email from UPS did not mention additional cost. If I had known there was an additional fee, I would never have made that selection. The shady practice of notifying a customer AFTER the package is delivered that it will cost $10 to pick it up is some real dirt bag stuff.
Edited for ‘Owner’ response: You can charge whatever you want. The dirtbag practice of sneaking additional costs after the transaction and delivery is complete without giving the customer a choice in the matter is very scummy. The alternative options I will explore are USPS and Fed Ex.

This UPS location has always given me great customer service. In fact, I stopped in at one UPS as I was driving around town and the line was so long and slow that I left and went to this location before going home. I live in a small town and going north to this office and south to another I always choose this location.
Someone else complained about doing returns and being told on some packages, they had to box them and some not to box thinking it was store policy to keep changing instructions. That is incorrect. I do plenty of Amazon returns and you have to look at their instructions on return. Amazon will say whether you need to box it or leave it unboxed. It’s all about reading the Amazon instructions, user error.

The staff and management are above and beyond (like so many good people in Larimer County!) I sent a ring to Italy via this office; and when it wasn't picked up, the manager of this UPS office worked phones for days to get Italian customs to yield! Imagine you, shipping a box to Salt Lake! Go UPS Loveland!

Came here to say how RUDE the owner is and I see I am not alone. It appears from other comments, this has caused high turnover and dishonest situations. Not. Surprising. There are other games in town.

I have frequented this location years due to location and convenience.Today I go to return a package, unboxed as per the store manger's previous rude and condescending behavior last fall at pointing out that they were no longer allowed to take back packed items.Fine. If that's your policy, just please explain when a new policy goes into effect.My issue, today, her nasty, rude behavior towards me with a store full of people. Today, I returned an unboxed package as per her directions last fall, only to be told that it needed be boxed! I come home, boxed the item and went back. Now, she tells me they no longer accept packaged items! ?♀️I don't like leaving unfavorable reviews. Unfortunately, the manager on multiple occasions has had a poor attitude towards both customers and staff. Worst customer service provided by a manager ever.Yes, the last time I was very frustrated. On multiple times she had been rude, never bothering to explain anything because she was top busy talking over and down to me. I had been polite each time. The last time I had enough to actually write a review and ask to speak with someond sbove her.Again, poor service as a manager. Apparently from feedback from others I am not the only customer who feels that way. The staff aside from the management is fantastic.

Several visits to this location to ship items. The first few times I dismissed the rudeness as maybe she was having a bad day. Today was my last visit to this location. It’s not a bad mood if you’re in it all the time, it’s your personality. If you have a trash can in your lobby,… expect your customers to use it for trash. I watched as the customer in front of me was reprimanded for using the trash can for “customer trash”. There has to be some area director that gets these reviews. This franchisee is damaging the brand. I hate leaving a bad review. Good luck.
