I went for gas and ask for 20$. Unfortunately for me I did not have 20$ in the account. So instead of the lady canceling the order the $20 for gas whatever she did tied up what little bit of money I did have on my card which prevented me from getting gas at all this is been like 3 days ago I still don't have my money back on my card. She just stood there smiling knowing that there was not a damn thing that I could do and also knowing I would never see my money. And this isn't the first time has happened. I stopped going for several years because of something similar and it was with the lady back then too I will never go to the station again ever I don't care how cheap the gas is

Took my money for gas and wouldn't turn the pump on charged me 2 times and said it was declined taking this up with my bank wouldn't recommend dealing with these people

Needed to get a cheap pipe and the lady behind the counter was awesome very nice and helpful was able to find one that would work for me and paid for it and went home and tried it out and it was just what I needed.

Love!! Gas is always less than others even sams club!! The place is really clean even the window cleaning fluid was clean and full!! Clerk was so nice to smile and said thank you!! Proud of this place!! #Loveland

I have severe back problems and have trouble walking. I asked an employee for assistance and he replied “No, U Pump It!†Then proceeded to ignore me. I'm not sure if it was some sort of joke, but it ruined my day and was completely unacceptable. They are required to assist customers with handicaps, and the last thing I needed was to strain my back again. I am writing this in hopes that no other handicapped person ever has to deal with this again from them.
