My hair type is delicate: very fine strands with thinning due to stress. Today was my first appointment here and for the very first time my stylist, LeAnn, stopped combing my hair when she noticed a snarl and took the time to pull it apart with her fingers; that was a quiet and simple response that says a lot about her character. I visited this salon yesterday for the first time and had Tracy cut my hair. Tracy was very nice, but I don't know where the miscommunication happened. I asked for:
1) 4-5 inches of length to be taken off my long hair
2) that it needed to be long enough to put up into a ponytail
3) a couple inches longer than shoulder length, NOT shoulder length
My hair is currently shoulder length, if not shorter. A true ponytail will be impossible for the next 6 months at least, it's that short. I reckon at least 9-10 inches was taken off. I paid in a daze, thinking it probably wasn't as bad as I thought. To be clear, the cut itself is not bad, I just wasn't expecting it. Oh well, at least it's just hair and will grow back! In the meantime, will have to learn how to rock a short 'do.

I had my hair cut and colored here yesterday by Katie (gosh I hope I have her name right) and she did a fantastic job! Two weeks prior to that I had my eyebrows waxed and again, it was fabulous! This is a great salon, I will be returning in the future for sure!!! Thank you ladies for doing such a great job, you made my week!

I am from out of town on vacation and needed a place to get my eyelashes filled. I work on camera so needed them done correctly. This business blew my mind. I am beyond happy and will now have a place to come back when I'm in colorado
