“Had a truck down near Fort Collins at 8:30 am. Needed a tire replaced fast to make an important delivery. After calling 4 other tire repair places in the area and either being told they could not help today or their lead time was hours later, A & E answered the phone. Their service rep was SUPER professional and helpful. Dispatched a truck almost immediately, and had my driver back on the road by 11:15am. Thank you so much for being there for us today!”

“I was about to go on a two-day road trip
with my family and discovered a slow leak in one of the tires that I couldn't locate. I didn't want to risk driving with it. Most places insisted I needed a full set of new tires, but I only needed one replaced for the trip and planned to get them all replaced in the fall. After visiting several unhelpful shops, I met Reyes. He was incredibly helpful and kind, fitting me in right away. He found a small nail in the tire that I had missed and patched it quickly without causing any worry. We felt well taken care of and will definitely return in the fall to replace all the tires.
