Joe and Connor still helped me with a vehicle purchase by doing a remote video inspection, and for a very modest fee, they delivered a level of service and peace of mind that was worth far more than what I paid.
Joe is a rare gem, a true expert, endlessly patient, and one of the kindest people you’ll meet. The inspection fee was more than fair, honestly, almost too fair for the amount of expertise and time they invested in me. “I've had 2 Minis and appreciate the care from the dealership, but there was a hiccup at my most recent service call. I'd had requested a loaner car when I made the appointment and was told there would be one. When I arrived I was told there was not one, so I had to change my plans. It would have been better service to have let me know ahead of time - or even better..make sure there was one. They were quick on the service work however, so it wasn't too inconvenient.”

I went in with one diagnosis from a different shop, and they not only found that diagnosis to be vastly incorrect, but they properly identified the real problem and fixed it! (For reference, the other shop had already attempted to fix the problem once before.) Thank you guys for getting me safely back on the road!”
“I would give them 4.5 stars. We first heard of Engle Automotive due to need emissions done on our diesel truck. So we took our truck in for an oil change and inspection. We ended up need a bit more work done on the truck, which they completed. We live in a truck camper full time so the truck is very important to us.
We would have liked more communication about our truck as it was getting worked on and the timeline in which it would have been done. We were told that the truck would be done one afternoon and we called to get an update an hour before they closed and were told it would be done in the morning.
Overall we were happy with our service.”
“Amazing team at this location! They’re super knowledgeable and have a great selection of tires at competitive prices. They even price match with other tire shops, including Costco. They have an excellent roadside hazard warranty too. They had a new set of tires on and I was out the door in about 45 minutes. I love that they offer free air checks and top offs too. “I have been using this shop for years. They are honest, trustworthy and very hard working and the prices are better than fair. They try hard to work with customers who have emergencies too. Tami is a wonderful supervisor and mechanic as well. Adrian is an auto mechanic God! He is super knowledgeable and gets things done right the first time. The other mechanics are very good as well. All are respectful. This is the place to go for any car repairs.”
