My husband and I got married here at Sylvan Dale Ranch on 6/1/2024 and it was the perfect day! The surrounding mountain views are breathtaking. The cabins and guest houses on the ranch are very convenient for everyone. We chose the destination wedding package and it was the best decision being able to stay at the ranch all weekend and having rehearsal here as well. The food was phenomenal and I got a ton of compliments on how delicious it was. For Sunday, our last day on the ranch, we chose to do horseback riding and trap shooting. The trails for horseback riding were beautiful and the staff was very kind and considerate. The trap shooting team did an incredible job of making sure everything was taken care of and everyone was having fun. Our day of coordinator, Kate, did a great job with helping us set up, making sure we're on schedule, and communicating with our other vendors. All the staff involved did a wonderful job making sure our day was perfect!

My husband and I went on a 2 hour horse ride and it was the most fun experience I've had at a stable! The horses were fantastic, full of personality. You can tell they take care of their horses! The guides, Nate and Paige, were awesome! It was such a great experience and I highly recommend this ranch!

I was recently elected as the Mayor of Windsor and picked this place for a two-day strategic planning retreat with our Town Board and leadership team. It is a great venue, great food, and great service. It was far better than our last venue, a windowless basement conference room at the Marriott in Downtown Denver. I also got married at Sylvan Dale in 1995. It is nicer now than it was back then. I highly recommend for your retreat. I know we will be back!

Lois and Miki were so helpful and welcoming. The horses are well cared for and the amenities are all very clean. What really won us over was the customer service we received while visiting. We will be coming back.

Beautiful scenery, gentle well kept horses, rustic ride - top grade wranglers - trail leader kept vigil over our little group even as we had a couple of challenges (young child plus my random altitude sickness) Very wonderful & memorable experience

Made a stop at Sylvan Dale Ranch on our questival around Colorado. Spoke with Lois and Miki, who were the best to work with. They got us a spot to ride a horse last minute! 10/10 recommend. Will be coming back

We came here for a horseback ride for my daughters birthday. Her and I are both inexperienced riders. Evan was our wrangler. We could not have had a better experience because of him!! He was very kind and patient. He made the ride very enjoyable. He kept up an interesting conversation with us the entire time. The ride was beautiful. We'll definitely be back and hopefully we'll be able to have Evan again. The horses were perfect!! Molly and Cash.

We went here for a Saturday night dinner and country line dance! It was amazingly fun and the setting is simply out-of-this-world beautiful! Dinner was a buffet line, and the food was delicious -- salmon, ribs, potatoes, veggies, and a beautiful fresh salad. Wine and beer were self-serve, on-your-honor. The whole place had a feel of being with friends and neighbors on a homestead, like stepping back in time! And the line dancing was totally fun -- even for people with two left feet! :-)

What an incredible experience! We went horseback riding here as a family. Michael and Laurie were exceptional! Laurie was a great guide and very attentive to less experienced riders. The property is very scenic. The horses are gentle and well trained. I highly recommend coming to the Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch.

I had the pleasure of photographing a wedding here last summer, and it was a fantastic experience. The large property keeps giving and giving with amazing spots for the ceremony, elegant indoor experience for the reception, and great spots for photography all throughout the day. Definitely recommend this wedding venue in Colorado.

My wife and I had our wedding at Sylvan Dale and it was the perfect venue for us! The ranch is a beautiful spot in the foothills with two incredible ceremony sites (we chose the mountain site). Our wedding party stayed for the weekend at the cabins, which was super convenient and gave us plenty of time to explore the ranch, have fun in the game room, and go horse back riding! The food was delicious at every meal, and all of the staff were very professional. Kate, the wedding coordinator for the ranch, was very helpful leading up to the wedding and helped things go smoothly the day of. We and all of our ~80 guests had the absolute best time, and we received tons of compliments on the venue. We highly recommend getting married at Sylvan Dale!

Sylvan Dale was the 1st and only venue we looked at for our wedding, and we fell in love with the mountain landscape and cabins immediately, as it fit our style very well. Just a head's up, there is limited cell phone service on the ranch, but in the end it helped everyone live in the moment and enjoy our wedding. The food was great, good communication with the vendor coordinator, the staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. All together this venue was a major part of our wedding being so enjoyable and unforgettable. I would highly recommend this venue.

Some friends and I went for the cowgirl week the end of Sept. 2022. It was the most amazing experience! Best vacation I've ever had. We rebooked and went again this year (Sept. 2023). We rebooked for next year! They assign you a single horse that is "yours" for the week, so you really gain a relationship and trust. The food and activities are awesome. The lodging is good, but a little dated. We didn't go for the rooms though! My bed was comfy and that was all that mattered! The staff is amazing and super attentive. I highly recommend a stay here!

I rented out a cabin for a wedding I attended and was beyond pleased with the environment of the ranch. The cabins are pretty cute, and have AC and all the things. They have a swimming pool, and it's right on the river, but it was raging and pretty sketch when I was there. No cell phone service, but weefee at the main lodge. Overall, good job.
