COLLEEN, when I talked to you on Friday (Mar 15), you said you'd return my call after your system restored. It's now Tuesday, and no response. This is one example of an ongoing nightmare where a patient makes every effort to settle a bill but Summit refuses to communicate and do what they say they're going to do. My account was escalated to a Supervisor on March 8 with agreement they would get back with me within the week, but still nothing.

Not really that impressive for a medical office. Their office entrance is thru the building underside parking lot; when you walk in there is no receptionist, near-empty room with no real sign that its a medical office - just xerox copy paper taped to the wall/door telling people to wait until called for, a few chairs and a tv. When my appointment time came, a nurse (?) walked into the room and called my name. Doctor visit seemed ok, results a few weeks later, an additional bill for over $300 of what they said insurance wouldn't cover. When I tried to pay online thru their website, I was told twice that no amount was due on my account; I let their office know that I had tried twice to pay online but that no amount was shown due - I never heard anything from them in reply. A month later they turned me over to a collection agency...it felt like an amateur operation with a questionable billing method. I wouldn't recommend this office.

Absolutely predatory. Never receive a bill and then get a court summons that I’m being sued for nonpayment. Haven’t even moved addresses since the services took place. This company is disgusting and preys on people who have no choice in their healthcare. Avoid it, if it’s even possible. Absolutely disgraceful - preying on regular people already struggling to survive, not to mention taking the courts time for such garbage claims.

I have had multiple biopsies this year and Summit Pathology processed my specimens. They were quick in getting results. I have not had any issue at al with their billing department. Was seamless!

I recently had the opportunity to engage with Summit Pathology for a medical procedure and my experience was nothing short of excellent. I contacted them to inquire about an estimate of the pathology costs and the representative I spoke with was super helpful. The bill was super easy to pay once I received it in the mail too. All in all great services!

The automated payment system does not work. So I finally was able to get a person to take my payment. But the already sent me to collections. Companies like this are what is wrong with health care.

BEWARE - BEWARE - BEWARE. I would highly recommend if any of the doctors you use require any laboratory services with Summit Pathology, 5802 Wright Dr., Loveland, Co 80538, request another laboratory or doctor. I was charged for $130 for no other reason than the laboratory taking my sample submitted by my dermatologist and then another $120 for processing the sample submitted. In addition I was charged 2 charges for Stains. As soon as I started to question the charges on my bill they sent my balance to a collection company. This company is scandalous and if I were able to give a zero star I would. The public should be aware of companies who are there for nothing more than to screw you over and take you money. Look at the reviews from the Better Business Bureau

I received a bill for a surgery that happened 8 months ago, for alleged pathology services from this location. This is 100% a scam to garner more money from me since I had it done by VA community care and they can’t just bill veterans because they didn’t like the payment from the VA hospital in Colorado Springs 150+ miles away

Lab results are great. Company is a scam. Billing department doesn't even let you get back to earning a paycheck before they shoot ya off to collections. This company exemplifies everything wrong with the US sick care system.

They have a robo call that keeps “confirming” an appointment I don’t have.when u call the number it’s a bill collection. They say I owe a $10 co-pay and I have NEVER been there. I’ve called back and asked 3 TIMES for a bill and they won’t send one. Reported to the FTC for harassment.

No stars. Send the bill to collections immediately. VERY poor billing practice. Quite the scam they have going. Read the reviews and request a different service.
