I was in need of new wheels locks for my girlsfriends crosstrek. I called and talk with Dane and he had a replacement kit in stock and had a tech ready to remove the old ones and replace the new ones. Can't beat great customer service

We purchased the FIRST 2025 Subaru Forester on the lot!! We love our car so much. Our son also purchased a 2024 Subaru Forester the same day!! We all felt well taken care of, everyone was so nice and honest with the numbers, no surprises all went smooth. Jonah was our salesman that helped throughout the process, he is knowledgeable and great communication. Matt helped close both deals and we enjoyed working with him very much. Joel had our car shiny and ready for inspection. He explained everything and is so nice! We had an amazing experience here! We had gone to several dealerships over the past months, but this one was our best experience by far. We had Brandon help us out, and we could not have asked for a better salesman!! He paid attention to every detail, got us everything we needed, and made sure no questions went unanswered. He even went out of his way to detail the car perfectly before we bought it. We got everything that was missing in the car, too! He was very friendly, and we enjoyed the way the deal was discussed!

Very pleasant car buying experience. Worked with them exclusively over calls texts and email. They offered the best price between the three dealers I shopped with. They offer a better warranty package which is standard for all their cars. The accessories were all well priced and I chose the ceramic coating which makes the car gleam and shine. Finally they had all the closing paperwork prefilled before my arrival so closing was quick and painless without sales pressure. Thank you Todd for being a great rep and Austin for the financing and accessories!

My experience at Subaru of Loveland was exceptional, largely thanks to Walker. From the moment I arrived, Walker greeted me warmly and listened to me. His knowledge of the vehicles at the dealership was impressive, and he guided me through all of their options without any pressure. Walker's professionalism and genuine desire to help stood out throughout the entire process.
Even though I ultimately did not make a purchase, Subaru of Loveland exceeded my expectations in customer service. I highly recommend visiting this dealership for anyone in the market for a car. I have no doubt that if you talk to Walker or someone like him, they will be able to find the right car for you.

My first subaru and brand new car purchase! Todd assisted me through the process and showed me to a few different options. I ended up settling on the 2024 Outback. They helped me through the financing and offered some great deals there. I was shown how to operate all the functions of the car from the back to the front and all the electronics. They made it very easy and simple to understand. Thanks again!

Working with the guys at Loveland Subaru was hands down the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I worked with Van to pick out the right car for me and at no point did I feel pressured into making a decision. Van was extremely patient and knowledgeable and walked me through all of my options and let me test drive as many vehicles as I wanted. Once I decided on a car I worked with Austin for financing and he was extremely thorough and explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had and again I was never pressured throughout the process. Matt the sales manager also came in to introduce himself which I greatly appreciated. Once the paperwork was done Joel did a walkthrough of my new car with me to make sure that I knew of all the features that it had. If you’re looking for a new car at a great price and with great service Loveland Subaru is the place to go.
