Came in to see what we could do for my son's broken phone. Casey started by letting me know that my son was old enough to get a job and pay for his own phone, advice not needed, and not appreciated, and secondly, the whole place smelled like an ashtray. Completely put off by the lack of help, energy of the place, and lack of hygiene.

James is a refreshing professional. If I should want to shop for phones I'll ask for him. He's new to the store but will make your experience feel human and pleasant rather than annoying, intimidating and just basically excruciating. He's a really great addition to the store.

If they were ZERO stars I would've chosen that option. DONT BELIEVE IF THEY SAY THEY ARE PAYING OFF YOUR PHONE WITH YOUR PAST COMPANY IF YOU SWITCH, THEY NEVER DID and we've visited many stores in different locations and called the customer service phone and they just send a broken link so they don't have to pay anything. I went in just to get the new T-Mobile internet the guy told me that I had to pay my bill for the equipment I told him that I already had it on a automatic payment schedule he told me I wasn't able to get it until I paid off my bill after I left the store I was able to purchase it online with a 2-day to 3 day shipmentAlso asked the guy if I could possibly change my payment date And he told me I would have to contact customer service The store is not here to help you they're just after your money It looks like

exceptional service! went into store to switch services from verizon... so happy we finally did. my husband and i were in T-Mobile for over 2 hours getting switched over and porting our numbers, but all the sales reps working that day (the day after 4th of July) were so friendly and helpful. they didn't complain or give us any kind of attitude about our needs, they just got us taken care of!! and yes, we noticed a difference in cell service as soon as we left the store!

Zero stars. Manager wouldn’t bother to leave her office to assist a customer service rep who has only been at the store since 2023 and has no clue how to communicate. Terrible Attitudes and HORRIBLE service. Stay away. They sent me to BEST BUY to fix an issue with T-Mobile and then BEST BUY sent me back and the manager sat in the back and did NOT come out to assist

The worst experience I have ever had with a phone service I. My life, this company is horrible! I traded in my iPhone for an $800 credit. I never received the promised deal which was...$800 trade in to switch providers and get the new iPhone 14 for $1100 subtract the $800 for the trade in. My phone bill was promised to be $82.50 for 24 months. Magenta plan plus $12.50 a month to pay off the new phone. I double and triple checked this before I agreed to this switch because my current bill was $65 with Cricket for unlimited service and it was a great service for 9 years. So I didn't want to get screwed. Yet, I was fraudulently pulled from Cricket with promise of my monthly bill being $82.50. I went back and forth with this company for 4-5 months. I would go to the store and they would tell me they were working on it then I would talk to Custer service and they would tell me the deal offered at the store wasn't valid. So I would go back to the store and they credited my account $300... a few days later another $100. Then nothing. I talked to customer sevice again and she said they would add a credit to my account every month if I called when. I got my bill, which is ridiculous but I was stuck. When I called the next month they told me they couldn't honor that either. I had to switch to the lowest plan $45 and still pay $45 a month for the new phone. So now I'm stuck with crappy service and I pay much more than I ever did for better service from cricket. I agreed to and signed trade on paperwork for ... My bill to be $82.50 for 24 months, all of the sudden it was $115 every month which was double or my last service! So I had to switch to a lower service and now I can't even get my half of my texts to go through. At this point I just want the $300 they owe me for my phone. They keep telling me that they have given me $500 and that I should be happy with that. Well that's not what I was told it would be. This is fraud!! Even if you would, which you won't, give me the money your company owes me, my phone bills still going to be $96 a month now for two years. Because I was supposed to be paying off $300 of $1100 on the new phone for $12.50 a month but with all the jacked crediting and this company having stolen $300 from me. No matter what happen my bill will be $96 a month for shitty service until I can buy out the phone, which means this company will make full market price on the phone even after all this garbage. T-Mobile is the worst mistake I've ever made with a phone service. They are awful. I cannot wait to get this paid off and get out of this service. I'm still probably going to file a small claims for the $300 they owe while they are screwing me around for the next 2 years. I Hate T-Mobile, do not switch to this service they are the worst. Also they best coverage they have is while your standing directly under a T-Mobile billboard otherwise good luck with your service.

These girls are THE BEST. We had been with AT&T for over 30 years—yeah, you read that right. Over thirty years. We’re not the types that make changes lightly, particularly since we had multiple discounts grandfathered in & thought we had a pretty good deal, but we decided it was time to look around at the options. We had done this before and ended up staying where we were but after thoroughly investigating Verizon, T-Mobile, and even going back to AT&T and telling them the offers we had and seeing if they could beat them, we realized that T-Mobile was almost half the cost of the other two major carriers. When we were told we could all trade our phones in and get new ones (my iPhone 11 got me a 14 pro while other family members went for the new Samsung) we decided to take the plunge and put our 6 lines in T-Mobile & Alea’s hands. Alea is the manager at this location and boy does she put the customer service everywhere else to shame—she took getting us the best deal with the plans and phones we wanted as a personal challenge. She also arranged for the family members who live out of state to get their new phones at T-Mobile locations closer to them and got all of our phones’ contents transferred over there in the store before we left. She really made the whole experience go smoothly and painlessly. The other two girls at the shop, Zan and Jessica, assisted us when they weren’t helping other customers (6 phone transfers is a lot) and both of them were great too. All in all, we cut our monthly bill almost in half, got new phones with our trade-ins, and walked out of there pretty happy. We highly recommend this location. Alea will set you up right.

Nice staff in a franchise store. Remember that they get paid best for selling you something. That said, I've been a T-Mobile for over 20 years and was VERY disappointed with phone upgrade options.

After going to multiple t mobile stores around the Denver metro area none of them were able to figure out what was going on with me and my fiancés phones. I came here to seek for help Alea and Julissa manager and assistant manager helped me right away and figured out what was going on with the 2 phones. Amazing Charisma and professionalism. Definitely recommend this store !!!!

Casey and Alea knocked it out of the park for me. I had some very complicated requests, and they accommodated me and went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed. Will be back!

Bought a new phone for our granddaughter. Her old phone died. She is rough on cell phones.
